Truths, preserved.” My stomach tightened. “Truths about me?” “Yes,” she answered simply. Fenrir glanced at me. “You don’t have to do this.” I nodded anyway. “I do.” The elder gestured, and one crystal drifted closer. When I reached out, it warmed instantly beneath my fingers, like it recognized me. The room faded.

I said carefully. “System integration cycle has reached conclusion,” the ghost replied. “That sounds suspicious.” “It is celebratory.” Dream stood beside me now. “What is the reward,” he asked. The air in front of us shimmered. Light condensed slowly, forming something small, crystalline, glowing with soft internal luminescence. A memory crystal. It hovered at eye level, no larger than my palm, facets reflecting warm gold and pale blue. My throat felt dry. “Access,” the system prompted. I hesitated.

Clarabelle replied. “So… Have you finally figured out who's memory you were seeing?” Kathrin asked. “Well, just before Lilith took my body, all those memories came flooding back. I could remember every single thing in detail—the place, the time, the events—everything was crystal clear for just a moment.
