Remembering the forgotten

Remembering the forgotten

"I want to see our parents. How are they?" Guilt was eating me. My heart was squeezed inside as I reminisced about the hurtful past. It has been a long time without any communication with them. They live and I live. But, whatever the consequence is, if they can't forgive me this early, I could accept it. I will repeatedly ask for forgiveness until they give it to me. I won't get tired, I will pay the damage that I have cost as I know that time heals all wounds.

Memories

Here's to the ones that we got Cheers to the wish you were here but you're not 'Cause the drinks bring back all the memories Of everything we've been through His hands moved to the aux cord connecting his phone to his car to unplug but hesitated to discern the lyrics. Toast to the ones here today Toast to the ones that we lost on the way 'Cause the drinks bring back all the memories And the memories bring back, memories bring back you "Vroom...." Turning to park at his very own reserved spot, the engine gave a dying sound.

Mistakes of the Past

Mistakes of the Past

We can all be betrayed by others, and most importantly, ourselves. I scoffed softly as my head started to lull, I looked over to the furnace. The fire was soft and gentle, images of my mom running into my mind as the tendrils of heat danced like gypsies. Thoughts and memories that flooded my head as if it were a bucket under a spout. Memories of my dad twirling us as we hugged. All the times I had slowly grown, all the lit candles illuminating my smile, my family. Nineteen years. Not all bad, but not all good. The image of the black umbrella hanging over my head as rain hissed on the grass, the stone resting in front of me. I could almost feel it. The drops of water that touched my body as I

Worthless to Priceless: The Alpha's Rejected Mate

“Why don’t you make this easier on us and just tell me what is going on. I have spent too long in here trying to figure out what is happening. You can make all of this end.” “I don’t know what you are talking about. There is nothing of importance in those memories and you would do well to keep them in the past where they belong. Focus on the life that you have now and keep the rest in the past.” “How do you expect me to move forward when my past is tying me back?” I asked. “Why are you being so selfish mother? These are my memories and you had no right to keep them away from me. You seem to be forgetting that Dr. Brown and I were going through an experiment that brought part of the memories

Please since this is probably the end of this book just take a week and finish it. you can be always write a sequel. but don’t leave your readers hanging a chapter at a time. I usually follow authors that i read but if you’re doing g this with all your books I will think twice. ps love this story.

This was such an amazingly interesting story. Right up until the end. Did you get tired of writing it? Were you unsure of where else the story was headed? I feel like things were going great and then <BAM!> brick wall. Epilogue… the end. So many loose ends left unanswered. Loved it regardless.

A Night with Mr. Stranger

A Night with Mr. Stranger

“When did this happen?” I pressed my palms against my temples, trying to force the memories to stay, to make sense of them. But they slipped away like water through my fingers, leaving only fragments, shadows of a past I couldn’t fully grasp. “Why…why can’t I remember?” I dropped to my knees, my body trembling with the effort to hold onto the memories, as I cried out in frustration and pain. “These…these memories…they’re from my past, aren’t they?” I talked to the empty room, with my broken voice.

Will You Unmarry Me?

Will You Unmarry Me?

"That's new. Many like to see the future." "Well, don't count me in, because in my case, going back to past is favorable on my end. I can't remember you now. And no matter what I do, I still can't. I sometimes try not to shout at you but I still can't. But, I badly want to see what happened in our pasts. I don't want to see broken memories. I want to remember you."
