The Wolf’s Bride

The Wolf’s Bride

Whoosh— With a shrill whistle, Andrius’ dazzling attack hit the ugly and ferocious head. The head suddenly shrunk back. Then, its entire body emerged from the cold pond. “What...” Andrius was dumbfounded when he saw the appearance of the beast. It carried a hard shell on its back that was adorned with mysterious but exceptionally clear patterns. It was not a demon snake. It was a turtle that had been alive for an unknown amount of time! The agile head that had just appeared was the turtle’s head... Andrius instantly understood. This beast should be what Kate mentioned yesterday—a spirit turtle that had lived for thousands of years.

Alpha Osiris

Alpha Osiris

Chris laughed awkwardly, “not as much hidden talents, as working at a school and having to do art projects when I started. I can draw some animals. See if you like them?” I shrugged, “let’s see what you fucking got.” Chris went to draw some animals on a paper to show me, while the rest went to work and painted the room pink. April said it was a light pink or what ever the fuck the color is called. It was pink. Suddenly Kane came up with the brilliant fucking idea to look up templates on the computer. “What about like butterflies? Or ladybugs? Or dragonflies? Those much be easier than a whole animal?” Kane said.

I love this book. I enjoy how she brought us many characters and shared their stories. Cyrus and Troy have stolen my heart. I can't wait to see how it all ends. I hope this comes out in paperback to purchase.

This is a definite MUST Read I have been hooked since chapter 1. I enjoy how you get diff POVs. The action scenes leaves you chewing your nails. Another really good aspect The Author actually proofreads her work. It's definitely worth the money

Claimed by My Bully Alpha

Some things weren’t meant to be unpacked in other people’s living rooms. We followed the sounds of laughter into the living room, where Riley was already on the floor beside Avery, giggling as the turtle—Nova—moved slowly but determinedly toward a slice of strawberry. The tank was huge now, upgraded, sparkling clean, with little plants and tiny bridges and a filter that made the water bubble softly. It looked like a paradise, really. A little turtle kingdom. “Look!” Riley turned to me, eyes wide with wonder. “He’s so fast now! He was walking slow on that rock, but now he’s so fast!”

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

Furthermore, the Underworld's Alligator-Turtle's head looked like a crocodile, and it had a huge mouth. At that moment, the Underworld's Alligator-Turtle stared at Caspian with hatred, and its mouth slightly opened, revealing the two rows of sharp fangs. Although the light at the bottom of the river was dim, the shimmering cold light from the two rows of fangs could still be seen. Seeing the threatening look of the Underworld's Alligator-Turtle, Caspian could not help but laugh. "Do you think you're all that? Or should I let you take a bite of me?"

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

The Luna's Prey

The Luna's Prey

“It’s ticklish, Miss Cassey.” When I looked at the palms of the other children, I saw drawings of different kinds of insects, animals, and plants. There was a spider, a dragonfly, butterfly, elephant, dog, cat, tulips, and roses. She was good with her hands. All of them looked really nice. My daughter would love something like that as well. “There, it’s done. Do you like it?” I heard her say. My heart leaped. Even that voice was achingly familiar.

His Hidden Devotion.

His Hidden Devotion.

Three stick figures stood side by side. One had long brown hair, the other wore a blue tie, and between them stood a little girl with yellow ribbons. Off to one side was a fourth figure. Much taller than everyone else, drawn in thick black crayon. Teresa crouched beside the couch. "Emma..." The little girl stirred but didn't wake. Teresa looked back at the drawing. Above the figures, written in uneven handwriting, were the words, Me. Mommy. Uncle Lucas. There was no label above the fourth figure. Teresa folded the drawing carefully, not because she wanted to throw it away but because she wasn't ready to look at it anymore.

Reject Me, Alpha Tate

Reject Me, Alpha Tate

Sitting on the floor put him perfectly at the twins' eye level. Maple immediately scrambled forward to the very edge of the cushions. He shoved the messy stack of dragon drawings right into Tate's large hands. "Look at this, Dad!" Maple said, his voice full of excitement. "You need to see the water dragons. They are moving across the big ocean right now because the mountains are too cold." Tate held the paper carefully, his massive fingers holding the edges gently so he would not rip the crayon drawing. "Tell me about these marks in the corner, Maple," Tate said softly, pointing a finger at the crayon scribbles. "What do they mean?"

Even Max, who usually could not sit still for more than five minutes, had remained perfectly motionless. Now, during free period, the class was gathered around a large sheet of poster paper, working together on a get-well card for Emory. Ruby was drawing a rainbow in the corner. Caitlyn was adding glitter to a butterfly. Max was attempting to draw a dinosaur, though it looked more like a blob with legs. "That's a T-Rex," Colt said, leaning over to look. "It's a triceratops." "It has two legs. Triceratops have four legs."

Sinful Desires

Sinful Desires

Miguel sat cross-legged on his bedroom floor, clutching his favorite blue crayon between his small fingers. His tongue poked out slightly from the corner of his mouth as he concentrated on adding the final touches to his drawing. "Mommy will like this," he whispered to himself, tilting his head to examine his artwork. The drawing showed two stick figures holding hands beneath a bright yellow sun. One tall with long black hair, one small with a big smile. Miguel and his mommy.

His Ex-Luna Is A Famous Doctor

Only some of the crayon marks extended beyond the outlines, though much of the dress was only squiggled in rather than colored in fully, as if she had gotten bored halfway. It was still very nice, and she had even signed it on the bottom. “Thank you,” I told her, and she smiled so brightly it made me feel lighter too. I would do anything for this child. And for her brother, who next presented me with a picture of a dragon. He had purple scales and red eyes. Luke had drawn some orange flames coming out of the dragon’s mouth. “Thank you,” I told him as well. Unlike his sister, he tried to hide his smile, but it still broke through.
