As I sit watching the twins crawl around, I smile and hoped they would never feel the same pain that I do but at the same time I was grateful to have them here, a boy and a girl because they kept me fighting another day. The boy I had named after Daryl, Daryl Junior or as I had been calling him DJ, two minutes older than his sister, he was the spitting image of his father, right down to his eyes. He said tears still building up in his eyes. “He is not like a kitten. More like a rabid raccoon. But he likes me. Barely but I am growing on him.” I said trying to lighten the mood. Laughing a tense chuckle Adrik just shook his head before I heard his demon speak out. “I am not rabid. I am a prince. I am royalty.” “You are also a big bully and a brute.
