I must have been frozen in place til that moment because I am snapped back to reality as I rush forward seeing the others are already engaging with the rogues. I shift without thought and stand over her just as I watch her shift back to human form. I train my warriors hard and they are some of the most skilled but watching how efficiently the 3 warriors of the Guardian Pack are taking out the Rogues is astonishing. These rogues don’t look like the normal rogues that I have dealt with in the past. If possible they seem dirtier than normal and more savage with their eyes looking crazed and almost completely black. Within 5 minutes the rogues are either decapitated or missing their hearts.

They were only losing more and more warriors with every passing second! The warriors tried so much. They tried to funnel the rogue to the open stretch at the far end of the stretch, but the rogue's movement became even more unpredictable. It moved in a zigzag motion, which blood spewing and cries echoing with every burst of speed that it took. The rogue jumped into a line of fighters, throwing them to the ground with claws slashing and teeth snapping viciously at them. They couldn't hold a candle to him. Killian cursed under his breath, instantly sending a message through telepathy to all his warriors, "Fall back!" His voice rang with authority, "Retreat! All units, retreat now!!"

Finally, My wolf growled violently inside me for the first time tonight and rage exploded through my chest instantly. I launched at the rogue immediately and slammed him into the ground so hard the earth cracked beneath us. He clawed my shoulder but I barely felt it. I grabbed his throat tightly while he struggled beneath me. “Who sent you?” I demanded. The rogue only laughed through the blood spilling from his mouth. Wrong answer. I twisted his neck instantly. My breathing came out rough as I stood slowly and looked around the battlefield again. Dead bodies surrounded us while warriors dragged injured rogues across the ground for questioning. One of the warriors approached carefully.

My mother closes the mind link and stands next to my father, who checks our invites by the two Crescent Moon warriors. Rogues are wolves who have been banished or rejected from their packs. The majority of rogues are criminals; they have no rules or morals. They attack at the slightest sign of weakness, raping women and killing anyone in their path. In other words, they cause chaos and destruction.

Then the warriors chasing him came next, and they were now looking at me, probably wondering who I was or whether I was with the rogue or not. “Mineee…” A yell from behind a warrior echoed, which made me look at where the yelling came from; there I found a masculine and huge man in his shorts. "Lucky," I heard the rogue say, which made me turn and look at him. With the way he grinned, he must be thinking that he would be able to get his hands on me. Unfortunately for him, I was so swift that I grabbed his hands, sidestepped, and stretched my arms, causing the rogue to fall facedown before I used my elbow to strike him on the back. Just before the rogue’s body touched the ground, I readied my

The rogue growled, turning its focus onto her. The warrior jabbed the rogue with the staff. The rogue growled, launching itself within the distance of the staff, grabbing it and pulling the warrior up into the air by the staff. The warrior gave a groan as he landed on the opposite side. Its focus now on Zay and Logan, it growled low in its throat.

Travis arrived at the border and saw the warriors forcefully pinning down the rogue on the ground. He had bulkly physique and a dark disheveled hair. Travis squatted in front of him and harshly cupped his face to get a closer look. The rogue is shooting daggers at him, his dark eyes is telling him that he wanted him dead. "What do you want, rogue?" he asked. Rogues can't be trusted. They are savages and have no emotions at all. They are the ones who succumbed to the bad side. The rogue sneered at him trying to shake the warriors off of him.

His tail wagged ferociously, kicking me off to the clouds as I landed unevenly on stumps, bruising my back and arms. The warrior was on his knees begging to be saved and that felt so disgusting to me that I wanted to kill them both. How could I have picked such a coward? Without hesitation, I rushed at the rogue again. It turned to face me just when I was about to get at it, and again, it kicked me to the clouds and made me crash on the floor again. What kind of rogue was this? Taking down rogues was one of the easiest tasks I'd embarked on since I became a responsible wolf.

The rogue let out a growl before he said, “No but that’s not what you, are now is it.” “I have no clue what you are talking about.” I tell him, trying to buy myself a little more time, hoping that the warriors get here soon, and I don’t have to fight this wolf on my own. The man had a presence about him that made me believe that he was an Alpha, but I have never heard of a rogue Alpha, but I was also new to all of this.

Just as another wave of rogues were unleashed on us our next wave of warriors came to join us, with still more on their way. The rogues were starting to try and pull back. Suddenly, I was surrounded by four bigger rogues. I looked around trying to get a sense of where Sam and Jack were only to see them surrounded as well. Our warriors were distracted fighting their own people. As I took stock of my own wolves, I felt something rip at my back leg. Howling in pain I turn fiercely and rip the rogue’s stomach open with my claws. He slumps over unable to continue.
