Charlotte: Fated to the White Dragon
And the heat penetrates, even more intensely, into this already stuffy room where the rest of us remain standing, as we watch their entrance.
The creatures shut their eyes as soon as the Red Dragon disappears. Clasping their hands together, again. And they mutter, "Ghërla." And as I am about to do the same, something catches my eye.
A sudden appearance.
The third dragon. A white enormous one that would make the others really look like lizards. It makes a graceful entrance, not befitting for its size.
It walks in calmly, with such an unspoken elegance and menace that draws me into it. And as soon as the creatures watching lay their eyes on it, they close their eyes and clasp their hands immed
