Daniesha asked, earning a glare from Cassandra who did not seem pleased that one of her minions dared to interrupt her moment. Daniesha herself did not seem notice, her eyes raked over Liam's feature, her lips parted a little and I could hear her adoring sigh all the way from where I stood. "I am Daniesha, by the way."

A chubby woman with glasses a little big for her face smiles at me politely, “Welcome ma'am, how may we be of any service to you today?” She asked kindly, smiling so much that I was creeped out. “Uhm, I'm here to see Roman. Roman Domino. We have a meeting " “Oh, what's your name?” “Ashanti Dunbar " I reply “Ah yes, Mr. Domino is expecting you, the penthouse is where you are headed "I nod and fake a smile. I'm a ball of nerves, my palms are sweating. I've never been one to be nervous because of a simple meeting. Finally after drying her hair, she lay down on the bed to think about it again. "There must be someone helping him, just like me and George needed help to get in there. But is it the same person?" Diana woke up suddenly. "It seems to be the same person." She immediately got dressed because she wanted to visit a place, Fernandes' house. Since Fernandes was a former member of Pack Delonix, he was the only one Diana knew and she wanted to go there to ask questions. The door opened and Alpha Darren stood there with a mug of coffee. He frowned at Diana who was getting ready in a neat dress.

I was more determined than that though, I'd go all night if I had too. It was 3 am and Max was passed out on the sofa. Still no sign of a single Megestanis, but I had found Postestas Loren's mate. She had returned later that morning with a new and complete lampstand, the exact image of the one she had broken earlier. Damien confessed he had been impressed by her effort to replace the entire lampstand even though he did not really need her to replace it but told her to do so only because he found joy in humiliating her and had intended to watch her suffer trying to replace the item. When she returned with the new lamp, he had wanted to ask her how she got a replacement so fast but thought since what he had intended for her had not worked, he should just ignore her. He did when she entered the room to place the lampstand exactly where the first one had been.

“You think you’re going to get answers by trying to beat them out of him? You're just going to end up killing him and there is not going to be good for us to it.” “He deserves worse.” I snapped. “Maybe. But that doesn’t mean we waste our energy now.” Damon’s voice dropped further. “Use your head. Not your rage.” I clenched my jaw. Behind us, Carter said, voice ragged, “She called herself Tatiana. She… she said things about Delilah. About power. About what’s coming.” Damon turned slowly. “Spare me.” Carter blinked. “You don’t believe me?” Damon’s expression hardened. “I don’t believe anything from a man who watched us bleed and said nothing.”

“She works on the farm, but I have a number she slipped into my skirt when she was taken away.” “Call her then. You're Luna, you can summon her from the farm.” Dathan replied. “Damon taps all my calls.” I suddenly remembered. “Can I use your phone?” “And what's to say that he does not tap mine?” Dathan asked me. But I knew he was joking. He'd never allow that. Dathan is the only person who could stand up to Damon. “Pretty please.” I begged him. “It's right next to you, on the bedside table.” He gave up.

Dana was the woman who had seemed so enthusiastic about the job in our messages. "Hey, I'm Dana, it's a pleasure to meet you," she said, offering a professional handshake. "Thank you so very much for taking the time to meet with me." Dana was slim, with shiny chestnut hair and a warm smile. She was dressed in a knee length black dress that was both flattering and appropriate, along with sensible black flats. I liked her right away.
