He could see it now, one week later, Jane would come out of her room and she would see how well he was doing with little Timmy and maybe, just maybe she would fall madly and deeply in love with this oh-so-suave CEO…. Wait. What’s that smell? No sooner did the smile start to spread on Daniel’s face, his nose became assaulted with a smell worse than the stench of decay. And all too soon, the air in the living room laced with the toxic smell of Timmy’s poop. It became the chamber of death and Daniel almost threw up on the floor. Fuck. I’m screwed.

Then he reached into his backpack and pulled out a folded piece of paper. “I made something.” He pushed it across the table. I opened it carefully. It was another drawing. Not the circle this time. Not the black tower. Not the bridge. It was the Shelter Room. At least, Daniel’s version of it. There were shelves of books, a rug, pillows, crayons, a little table, and a window with curtains. In the corner, he had drawn a box labeled “storm things.” Inside were headphones, blankets, flashlights, and what looked like a small toy lion.

Just like that Denis led everyone to Ed’s office. Daniel sat on one of the chairs and looked condescendingly at Ed as everyone filed into the room. “How can a tiger wipe away his strips? I should have known!” Daniel mocked affectionately. Ed shrugged with a sheepish smile. “I assume there won’t be any tea.” Simon jeered. “Hur… hur… He is worse than us.” Tyrell hugged Denis’s shoulder in approval. Daniel looked at his boys making a ruckus and sighed “Here I was thinking you have all matured into dignified men!”

“You’ll have to do better than that, boy.” Danial’s heart sank, but he refused to back down. He clenched his fists again, channeling more energy into the flames. The fire surged higher, forming into a massive tiger, its fiery form roaring with power. The tiger lunged toward the Curse King, jaws wide open, ready to strike.

, Daniel ran. "I..... hic.... I ammmm noTTT drUnKKKKKKKk.... hiccc", Sharlene was pointing at him. Daniel went to her. " Sharlenee!! Be good at sit here.", He pinted at the chair which was at the side of the sidewalk. "OKKAYYYY....", Sharlene jumped and hopped and sat on the bench. Daniel slowly got down and tied her laces. "WhATTTTTTT Are yau Doin... hic...", Sharlene looked down. "Gett uppp.... Gettt yawp... get uap...", She was giggling.

Check the house for any secret dinosaur lairs. Tasha: You’re joking, but I actually found him with his stuffed animals in what looked like a board meeting. I think I interrupted something important. Daniel: Sounds like he’s planning world domination. At least he has ambition. Tasha: Great, now I’m raising the next evil genius. What are you up to? Daniel: Trying to cook dinner. Keyword: trying. Tasha: Uh-oh. Should I call the fire department preemptively? Daniel: Very funny. For your information, I haven’t burned anything. Yet.

My heart is so full just watching them, I love it so much. "Mommy, we're going to the swimming pool!" Daniel said happily, there was still a little foam from the toothpaste on his chin. "Okay, be careful, and don't be too naughty. If you don't follow what he says, you won't play again, it's up to you." I threatened him, that he might carried away and exhaust Darius. "I get it, mommy! Don't worry." He answered and went out of the room first because the maid was already there with swimming wear for him.

“You’re big.” “So are you,” Daniel replied easily. “I’m four,” Ethan announced proudly. Daniel widened his eyes. “Four? That’s huge.” Ethan beamed. That was all it took. Within minutes, Ethan was showing Daniel his toy dinosaurs on the living room floor, explaining...very seriously, which ones were dangerous and which ones were “good dinosaurs who don’t eat people.” Daniel listened. Truly listened. He asked questions. He didn’t rush. He didn’t check his phone. Daniel picked up a triceratops. “This one looks strong.”

His bottom lip trapped between his teeth, reminding of how much of a terrific kisser the man is. I stiffen in my pants. Daniel’s hand crawls slowly, inching towards his thigh. Crossing over Izzy, and making sure we don’t touch, I catch his hand before they land. He brings his annoyed eyes to mine. “What are you doing?” He brings his eyes to Izzy’s face, I’m unsure what he sees, but he draws back, blinking as he does, with an embarrassed chuckle. “I need to use the bathroom.” Izzy takes a deep breath the second he’s gone, finding his glass of water and gulping it down quickly.
