A black pickup truck slowly pulled up in front of me, the bed filled with freshly picked herbs, the scent of morning dew still clinging to them. The door opened gently, and instead of the driver, it was Danny himself. He stepped out of the truck, walking slowly with a silver cane in hand, his steps steady and strong, the cane tapping rhythmically against the ground.
