Darius X Alador Mga Nobela at Kwento

I saw him wearing the patient gown as well before he faced me again. I looked at him and saw how serious his face was. He was clenching his jaw before he lowered his head. "I am Alpha Darius of Watson Pack, Lycan Queen." He looked up and met my eyes. "I have come here to be on your aid."

The dining room was grand and luxurious, adorned with classic furnishings and crystal lights that cast a warm glow across the space. Jenny Anderson sat at the long dining table, striving to keep her focus on her three children—Jackery, Jackson, and Jerry—while feeling the weight of Alpha Dragon’s piercing gaze upon her. Those eyes burned like an unquenchable flame, testing her patience and scrutinizing her every move.

And another… “What’s up? Done singing? It was sounding really nice,” Damian said, lying on the ground and staring at the sky. I guess my songs made him sleepy. “It’s not that I got tired—I just don’t need to sing anymore,” I said, my heart racing as that same powerful energy filled the air. I was overwhelmed with emotion and joy. “Mysterious Lord… you found me again!” “Where?” Damian stepped closer, looking in the same direction I was. “Here. In everything. Don’t you feel it? That feeling like you’re being watched?” I asked. While he focused, I decided to introduce them. “Mysterious Lord, this is Damian, the Alpha of Arches.”

His eyes burned like someone who had seen too much war and lived to hate it. Every warrior stilled. The air shifted. “I am Darius,” he said, his voice low but carrying. “Exiled Alpha of Oakland.” The hall gasped. Oakland. The very place I once dreamed of running to. My knees almost buckled. Rowan rose from his chair, hand on his sword. “What filth is this? You walk into Whiteclaw hall like you own it?” Darius didn’t flinch. “I walked through your men. None stopped me. Your guard has holes, Rowan.”

Darius walked over to the center of the camp and stood there with an unreadable expression as Xander handed a dagger over to him “By blood and magic,” Xander began, “you swear your loyalty to our cause. To aid in our fight against Zerathos. If you betray this oath, your life will be the price. May the earth bear us witness.” Darius met Xander’s gaze, then mine. Then, without hesitation, he sliced his palm, letting his blood drip into the earth beneath his feet. “I swear.” His voice was steady and unwavering. “Upon my blood, my life, and my honor, I vow to stand against Zerathos. To fight for Lycara. And to never betray those who stand beside me.”

But he killed Althea out of jealousy. Darius feels sad for Odhan, but he knows the guy will recover over time. He has to, pain makes anyone strong. As a future leader, he has to be strong for his people. "I do feel bad for him. But it's better this way. Baraka being exposed before he was involved too deep with her would make the guy collapse into oblivion" Darius said. Thea agreed with him with a soft humming sound. "We should find Assorthan and Baraka soon. We have to go back" Thea said.

He slides off the bed and again stands in front of Summer and Nessa as he says, “Yours is of Royal Blood. He will never be King but if brought up right, he will be one strong Alpha.” He then looks at Summer and goes to say something but freezes, the colour drains from his face. With tears in his eyes, he looks up at Summer and whispers, “Mummy…” Summer then moves quickly, catching Darius as he collapses. Summer picks him up and slides her hand over him as she mumbles a spell and then sighs in relief when it's only the exhaustion catching up with him.

Aurora scanned the chaos frantically, heart slamming, until she found him. Darius knelt in the mud near the treeline, one hand braced against the ground, the other pressed hard against a wound low on his side that was bleeding through his fingers faster than he could stop it. Two of his men fought in a rough circle around him, holding off three rogues at once, buying him time he didn't look like he had much of. "Darius!" His head came up at the sound of her voice, disbelief cutting through the pain on his face. "Aurora, get back, get back now."

Frustration surged through him, a bitter mix of anger and fear. He slammed a fist into the iron candlestick beside the throne, the force of the blow sending the metal and the candle tumbling to the floor. "Alaric!" He roared, his voice amplified by the acoustics of the throne room. "Now!" A hulking figure came from the shadows. "Alpha Darius, you called?" "Find everything you can on the blood healer, Elara," Darius commanded, his voice tight with urgency. "Her lineage.... More of her parents. Anything that explains what she truly is.....there's more to that girl, I know it."

I followed Darius to the training grounds, still wondering why he had insisted that I come with him. The moment we arrived, I noticed how the Northern warriors looked at him. Some stopped what they were doing and stared, while others whispered among themselves. Darius didn’t seem bothered by them. He walked straight into the middle of the training ground, with the guards following behind him. The Alpha King was already there, standing with several guards around him. “Everyone, listen!” the King called, and the warriors slowly gathered around him. “From today, Darius will be helping prepare our warriors for the coming war.”
