He asks, his voice tinged with uncertainty. "I want to go home," I tell him, and he furrows his brows at me. "I guess the spell wore out," he mumbles, and I frown at him, puzzled. "I liked you better when you were under the spell," he tells me, lowering the cup of coffee on the nightstand. I move backwards, glancing at the door behind me. "Not so fast, princess."
