The Light Through His Darkness

The Light Through His Darkness

"Only one way to prove that." "Careful, wife." I warned, my voice low and teasing. "I always rise to a challenge." She laughed softly, her gaze falling to the book she’d closed. "Do you know what this book’s about?" I glanced at the title again, pretending to think. "A family, right? Something about poverty and resilience?" She nodded, seeming a bit surprised though she had found the book in the beach house, probably assuming I've never read it. "It’s about overcoming tough beginnings and finding beauty in broken places. It’s sad but also hopeful." Her voice softened and she looked thoughtful.

 UNWED AND EXPECTING

UNWED AND EXPECTING

**A New Dawn** The golden rays of the morning sun filtered through the windows of the house, casting a warm glow over everything it touched. For the first time in weeks, the oppressive atmosphere that had lingered within the walls seemed to have dissipated. Clara sat at the kitchen table, sipping her coffee, her thoughts drifting to the events of the previous night. The journey into the Void had left her both physically and emotionally drained, but there was a newfound clarity in her heart. The Keeper’s bond was restored, and the house seemed to hum with a quiet, comforting energy.

The Rogue Luna's Revenge

The Rogue Luna's Revenge

Every war, every betrayal, every fragile peace. And at the end, a blank page. Write your own future. I took a charcoal stick from the altar. Wrote: The cycle ends here. The book glowed. Then went dark. The cave began to crumble. --- I ran. The walls shook. Rocks fell. The moss-light flickered. I burst through the waterfall into the snow. Dax caught me. "What happened?" "I ended it. The cycle. The prophecy. All of it." The cave collapsed behind us.

Her Dark Past

Her Dark Past

Her Dark Past Chapter 27 DAMON. I alighted from my car, the map was leading me to nowhere except the forest. This isn't right. The tracker is not working. How can someone build a house in this deserted area? It's so absurd but I will keep trying and moving forward. I can't afford to lose hope at this junction. After some hours, I began to pant softly. I think I'm getting tired already. I mumbled as I took out a bottle of water from my bag and gulped it down.

World Of Darkness

World Of Darkness

The great stone door that closed the burial mound had snapped and a fragment had fallen off, leaving enough room to slide inside. She needed to hide and his battered mind told her that places like this were perfect for him. Inside him she hid in the dark, hugging her knees and rocking back and forth, back and forth. He found this move comforting. -"Necromancer" His tangled, bleeding head snapped around, his eyes staring uselessly into the dark. Had he imagined the whispering voice? -"Necromancer walk" The words were familiar to him, but their meaning eluded him. He began to crawl further into the darkness, feeling the path the voice wanted him to follow.

DARKNESS

DARKNESS

We reach the stairs that lead to the lower floors of the mansion, the place where I live is a huge mansion with about 3 visible floors, made of tempered glass, it is really luxurious, elegant and minimalist to a certain extent, I am a simple guy but with good taste, it has everything a mansion should have, swimming pool, garage, kitchen, gym, recreation areas, it is a mansion and as ironic as it seems I like the light, at least here, even though I live in a world of darkness. Downstairs there are 5 more floors, all dedicated to our organization and it is our operations center, at first glance the mansion itself is my home, and as we descend I see several of my men go up or down, they all sto

My eyes not moving from her for a second. “They’re down the old mine shaft.” She stuttered out. “Great. You’re going to take us there.” I said, grabbing her by the back of the shirt. I ordered a few warriors to come with me and ordered a few to stay back and watch the humans. We walked through town until we got to an old mine shaft, but it had been closed in. Like someone had set something off to make it cave in or something. But I could tell that it was recent. The dust didn’t have time to settle. So I knew that they were in there.

The Mafia Lycan's Obsession

The Mafia Lycan's Obsession

That rules out my twelve-inch wingspan, Benedik grumbled. I am going in by the back wall three shops down. Damonq’s heart clenched hard in his chest. He knew that entrance--or more precisely--exit. Darkness had used it after he had impregnated Elina. Be especially cautious. That leads directly into Darkness’s private lair. He moved into the pile of debris, floating in the steady breeze down through the crevice and into the hallway of the underground city. Rock and dirt covered the floor in great impassable mounds.

In The Dark

~This chapter contains graphic sexual content~ I pushed the door open and the room was pitch black as promised, the light from the hall showed a little closet by the door and it was open. I let the door close and lifted my purse off quickly, to set it down so I would be able to find it later. “Hey Eve, you found me,” I heard a voice from much further in the room. “I guess so,” I said, putting out my arms trying to feel around. Did he want me to walk back there or should I wait here for him?
