My Badboy Knight

My Badboy Knight

DIANE Shopping was nice. I bought my pencils, socks and gloves. I even got myself Chinese takeout for dinner and a couple new comics from the bookstore near the condo. The bookstore, Supernova Comics, is a lovely sight to behold. The interior is beautiful, serene, filled with tall shelves containing so many cool comics, and there's even a cozy mini reading spot at the far end of the store. Mrs Jones, the bookstore owner, was nice and very hospitable to me. My shopping experience there was amazing, and I even see myself probably visiting there whenever I need to treat myself to a comic getaway.

The Billionaire Ex-Wife's Return

The Billionaire Ex-Wife's Return

We followed Amber into the shop, and I was immediately hit with that distinctive smell of new merchandise and plastic packaging. The place was impressive, well-organized sections for different genres, a wall of collectible figures, racks of manga in both English and Japanese, even a small café area in the back. Amber made a beeline for the shonen manga section, and Cynthia drifted after him. I was examining a display of vintage posters when I heard a familiar voice. "No way. Is that an original cel from the '98 series?" I turned slowly and found myself face to face with Bryan and Devian.

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

“Whatever you like.” A low neigh came from a forest-like shop with a sign saying Sheenie Shorne Shack where several boys peered, amazing themselves with Shorne’s of different sizes and colors. There were shops selling cloaks, shops selling ancient artifacts, panels stacked with fake weapons, windows reflecting millions of books, and different stock of bags hanging at the back of a mannequin. They have reached a black, gothic, derelict building that has a three-story structure, which was awfully engineered. It looked as if it’d collapse any moment now.

Probably the most challenging story I have written. With about 5 drafts and two years of crafting, it’s my longest work. It’s thrilling. I revisit it sometimes and, he, even I get overwhelmed and awed. I mean, it feels like I’m not the one who wrote it.

I love the world building of this novel! Even when you’re only in chapter one you can already see how the author meticulously planned the settings of the story. It’s descriptive so even if the world is new and unfamiliar the readers could still easily imagine what it’s like.

HOUSE OF TABOOS(erotica shorts)

HOUSE OF TABOOS(erotica shorts)

We held hands my walking speed was brisk and Dan was pulled along as we made our way to the shop. The derelict, dilapidated sex shop at the bottom of town was our destination. I knew however that the outside was deceiving and within laid a whole luxurious world of treats. Without the merest hint hesitation, we walked up to the door and went straight in. The air conditioning hit us with a blast of welcome cool air. There as a lingering smell of freshly baked bread and roasted coffee. The shop however was deserted. An assistant came out from the back office to greet us. She was wearing white PVC nurses uniform her large cleavage spilling out of the tight dress.

The Dons Forbidden Wife

The Dons Forbidden Wife

“You’re the only thing in that house that isn’t stone.” My breath catches. He steps back first. “Take it,” he tells the seamstress. “We’ll be back.” We head toward the car. I assume we’re going back. “There’s one more thing,” Dante says. I pause. “Another rule?” “No,” he replies. “Another stop.” The drive is short, We stop in front of a building that doesn’t announce itself. Just a guarded door and a nod of recognition when Dante approaches. It is a jewelry shop Inside, the jewelry shop is quiet by design. Thick carpet , Light pools softly over glass cases. Everything here exists to be studied, not rushed.

THE CEO'S ABANDONED WIFE RETURNS WITH AN HEIR

THE CEO'S ABANDONED WIFE RETURNS WITH AN HEIR

They'll find out soon means I had less time. I took cautious steps towards the shop where two men were sitting smoking cigarettes. They gave me weird vibes as they raked their eyes on me like I was a piece of meat. "Where is Dominic Rodriguez?" I asked them avoiding any kind of eye contact with them. "Come with me." One of them stood up and showed me the way inside. I prayed the God to give me strength as I was going into a monster's cave. The shop was in more decaying condition than outside. There were scraps and cobwebs everywhere.

A CULT BUILT ON SIN

A CULT BUILT ON SIN

He pulled in, parked by the pumps. Stacy spotted it first. “What's that store over there?” Emerald leaned forward against the seats, eyes lightening up. “Let's check it out” The bell above the door jingled as they stepped inside. Dim red lights, black velvet curtains sectioning off corners, shelves packed with everything forbidden and fun. “A sex shop?” Kevin grinned, “now this trip keeps getting interesting.” Stacy wandered towards a wall of dildos in colors and sizes. Emerald joined her both last on the dildo shelf. Emerald picked up a thick veined one and held it appreciatively.

Under the Blue Moon

Under the Blue Moon

One of those typical movies where the major character had to overcome their problems to save the day. After that, I lazily strolled around the city. Window shopping wasn’t usually my thing, but I found a couple of small shops that looked tempting to me. One was a comic book shop and another a place where you could buy action figures and other old school things. One of the main shops I had found on my way back to the hotel was Forbidden Planet. It was closed, of course, but I now knew where to go in the morning when it was open again.

Now that is locked ahead, it's way easier to decide to read this story or not. A strange group of younger kids appeared that doesn't seem werewolf! Now that's more like it! Mystery, tension, questions! I wonder if they are friends or enemies... and what about the hunters? Where are they...

THE HOSTAGE'S DILEMMA

THE HOSTAGE'S DILEMMA

She looked maybe sixteen, tops, wearing an oversized hoodie and ripped jeans, utterly out of place amidst the tarnished silver and dusty electronics. I walked further into the cluttered space, my combat boots crunching faintly on something gritty. Every surface was crammed with forgotten treasures and desperate necessities: guitars missing strings, cracked porcelain dolls with vacant eyes, an array of gold chains that looked suspiciously fake, and a stack of dog-eared comic books. I doubt anybody will ever come to get these things, so why is this shop still open? “Can I help you?” she finally mumbled, not looking up. Her voice was surprisingly deep and bored. Another bubble popped.

He looked at her for a while and suppressed the emotion he was feeling. He coughed and said. “Buy me something.” Cordelia nodded and smiled. “Okay!” She had promised to buy him leather shoes before. “We’ll buy leather shoes next time.” He grinned. “I saw a tie at DL.” “What!?” Cordelia felt as if her head was hit by something. DL was DreamLand, the number one shopping mall in Centrolis. Not only was it sophisticated, but the decorations were dreamy, and the items they sold were expensive.

I've only read two books on this app. This is the second and by far the best one. The storylines are fluid, the characters are endowed with personality and most importantly the writer makes them come together seamlessly. Ideally, this is what the experience should be, uncomplicated and enjoyable.

I like the story. However, the cost is high for books on here and they are never ending. Not that the chapters are long, but it is almost the same outlying as the other books from this author. Sometimes it takes a moment to see what characters they have actively engaged in that chapter.
