But when she saw him, it was really hard to do that. "I'm here to see you, Sigrid, I miss you so much." Edward's eyes fell on her lips and he swallowed hard. "How is George treating you?" he asked. "Very well. Don't worry about it." But Edward seemed not to hear what she'd said, "Rebecca has told me more than once that he doesn't like women at all. And I also don't believe that you're the kind of woman who can have relations with strange men. It's an act, right?"

"Tyler Lockwood. Blonde. Twenty-three. Reckless. Apparently likes taking bullets for strangers." Edward snorted, barely looking up from his work. "Sounds like a moron." I hummed. "Maybe." The room fell into a quiet rhythm the clicking of keys, the occasional slurp from Edward's beer. It started like a routine scan. Then his typing slowed. His brow furrowed. Edward leaned closer to the screen. I drummed my fingers on the desk. "What?" Edward squinted, scrolling quickly. Then he let out a low whistle. "Oh, I take it back. This guy's interesting as hell."

Henry inwardly shrugged at Edwards thorough refreshing. Henry looked down at his watch as it was taking several minutes for Edward to read over the material.Not only did Edward read the entire document again in front of Henry and Meredith but he paused for a moment when finished before beginning again. As he quickly did a skim over as Henry had initially done he looked up at Meredith with what she could only describe as a leering grin.

If it weren't for the undulation of her chest, Snow Cecy would think that he was dead. There was a strange smell in the study. When Snow Cecy smelled it, she felt disgusted. She frowned and turned around to retch. She leaned against the door frame and heard Terrence Edmin asking the Edmin family coldly in the study, "are you revenging on me in this way?" No one answered. "Edward ended up like this because you spoiled him without any bottom line. Do you think I don't know that you didn't stop supporting him when he was in India..."

I was grateful for them all. At this moment, Edward came in. Just one look at him and I felt my heart almost jump to my throat. His hair had been meticulously combed to match the luxurious black silk robe he was wearing. His skin glowed as bright as day, showcasing the sculpted features on his face. I didn't know why, but I always felt my heart beat faster for him and he had said that he felt the same for me. "Just what kind of good deeds had I done in my previous life to deserve such a dazzling lover in this life?"

"I feel weird Daniel, it's very unlike me to do that. Especially with someone I'm still getting to know. I'm sorry if you feel — "You don't need to apologize princess. Ed just didn’t want to disrupt her enthusiasm. “And I might need to hear a direct review because I need a reason to finish it.” Ed showed a bookmark stuck about a third of the way into the book. “This book isn’t my favorite type, but I’ll finish it later. It seems like there are many interesting parts to come.” Ed didn’t say the book was bad, just that it wasn’t his preferred genre. “Yes. The further you go, the more interesting it gets. Many things aren’t apparent at the beginning.” Ruby clarified, glancing down at the book and turning through its pages.

Edward could not help smiling and said without waiting for her answer, “That’s not me.” She speculated that the ‘me’ he was referring to was Sean Jackson. The matter related to Edward Levin and Sean Jackson remained a mystery in Vivian’s mind. She wanted to inquire further, but she was afraid that she would seem too pushy, so she suppressed her curiosity and did not continue to pursue the topic anymore. Instead, she nodded slowly and continued to observe the decor of the study room. Later, her gaze swept past the soaring, solid wooden bookshelf that reached the ceiling once again.
