She reached out, calling for her wolf, but the night swallowed her voice, leaving her alone in the darkness. Surveying her surroundings, she noticed something foreign in her mouth. The taste was sharp and metallic. Tentatively, she touched her face, her fingers coming away stained with blood. Panic gripped her as she wondered, did she harm someone? In the dim light, she stumbled upon the lifeless form of a deer. Her heart raced, panic rising in her chest. "What did I do? Did I... kill someone?" Her voice trembled as she surveyed the scene, blood staining her hands and body. The sight made her stomach churn, and she doubled over, retching violently.

I never realized how peaceful humans look when they are in the depths of deep slumber. Just by looking at one you would think all well within the world, and maybe it is but not in my world. As I watch Sky sleep I realize two things, one being that I have finally embraced the fact that I'm a nonhuman and the other is that for the first time in my life I am truly scared. Squeezing my eyes shut, I covered my ears, shaking my head. Audras screamed pierced through my covered ears. My eyes shot open. A disgusting creature stood before me, taking the place of Dela, it's back facing me. It was covered in spikes. Puss-filled sacks covered its body. It’s armed long and boney. Its claws crusted with blood. The smell of rotting flesh filled the air and a sour taste settled on my tongue. Its hair was patchy and oily. Its skin grey.

I snorted. “That’s not funny Zelda.” “Don’t tell me you’re afraid of ghosts.” Penn smirked. “Ghosts don’t even exist.” Zeke rolled his eyes. “You lot are much too scared over nothing! If anything, Cedric was receiving karma for being such a horrible person.” “Can’t argue with that, Duke Zeke.” Hunter grinned. “I’d say this was much deserved.” Cedric growled before attacking Hunter. Neither of them shifted but they were wrestling on the deck.

—Scott squealed when I held up my hand. He obviously didn't think to see the claws. Suddenly the guy fell on his side. His eyes rolled back and radiance radiated from his skin. — Oh...— Dean said quietly. — And what, is all this supposed to look like?— — Hmmm.... He was the only one of them who wouldn't convert to his gargoyle self to make travel easier. He'd done awful things in that form and had sworn he would never do it again. Being the first one on the bus, Deke was able to study the people who climbed onto it after him. There was a woman who had not been at the bus stop with him, and she wasn't carrying anything but a purse. Was he being paranoid?
