But it's her eyes—brilliant green orbs full of fire and unspoken strength that ensnare me. The vision shifts. A demon looms, a grotesque predator whose presence sends waves of fury through me. It targets her and an older woman, her mother perhaps. The demon's attack is merciless, scorching the older woman from the inside out, leaving her broken and lifeless. Another scene flashes before me: a man, her father, sleeping soundly as the same demon descends, its claws tearing through him with monstrous precision.

"You said the Lycan Kingdom had a demon trapped and and.. our Alpha also has a demon which means both together in one place" "What's written there?" I asked as she just stared at the book with horror plastered on her face.I snatched the book from her. "Demons just don't go back unless their purpose is fulfilled and if by any chance, two of them are in front of each other, they become stronger and overtake a body to kill it slowly for full possession. It is said that once it happened and countless lives were taken away, fear in people is their craving which lures them to seek more control"

"Jacob! Jacob! Help me!" His cry seemed to go unheard because the smoke that surrounded him only grew thicker and he was surprised when a red creature, with two horns, and a long tail appeared in front of him. A demon. "What are you doing here? Why are you here?" Linus asked fearfully. "I'm going to give you an offer." The demon laughed hysterically and showed an event just like Lord Rasmus was doing. "You killed a lot of people... and in exchange for those souls, I will give you power. You will be able to do everything. I will make you my disciple and you will not have to think about what else to do. I will let you, unlike Lord Rasmus who stops you from everything you want and punishes you.

How could a spirit be tortured? Rose groaned as she rolled over onto her back, smoke seeming to rise from her singed body. The demon just cackled as he watched them, the noise sounding like boulders grating against each other. His body was a deep red, almost as if it had been dipped in blood. His eyes were almost as dark as his body, with no whites to be seen, almost as if they flowed from his body straight to the pupils. He had pointy ears and two small horns in the middle of his slick scalp. His teeth were just as yellowed as Baltabek's, and his fingers and toes were scrawny claws that resembled small talons from a twisted bird. He wore no clothing, and just like Baltabek, seemed to have n

His arch enemy was hard to find. But a few years ago, he had found out who was his arch enemy. It was an organisation called The Demon Hunters. The Hunters was a large organization runned by humans who go around catching and killing demons. They strongly believed that demons harm the world and people. With their existence, humans can never have peace. They have a strong hatred towards demons and demons vice versa.

I stiffened as the demons teleported near us to take a good look at our presence, their movement sent a cold shiver down my spine. Before I could react, Damien pulled me closer, positioning himself in front of me like a shield. His grip was firm and reassuring, yet tense with unspoken fury. The demons stood before us, their eyes gleaming with something dark and insatiable. They looked at me as though I were a feast laid out before them, ready to be devoured. But did demons actually consume human flesh, or was it our souls they craved? Could they destroy us simply by feeding on our desires—ours and theirs—until there was nothing left? The thought sent a new wave of unease coursing through me.

If I had known they worked for him, I would have listened to that faint voice in my head and ran hard and fast. I knew who he was before I arrived in this country. It was important that lone wolves like Hannah and I learned about the hierarchy of the most powerful packs and who not to cross. He came up on the top of the most feared. I'll burn up before we reach the surface." "Then we'll burn together!" She didn't give him a choice. She wrapped her arms around his neck and leaped into the pillar of light. The pain was absolute. It felt like her skin was being peeled off by the sun. She heard Vane screaming, a sound of pure agony as the light of the human world tried to incinerate the demon within him.

Before he knew it, his free hand was moving, and his fingertips were grazing the scars. The demon froze. "Mortal," It hissed, "Remove your hand." Fyn didn't. He boldly moved his hand across the demon's chest, his brows furrowed. Fyn often thought that demons had miraculous healing abilities and that their skin would be flawless. He was mistaken. The arm tightly coiled around him got tighter as the demon sharply inhaled. Growling lightly, a tail coiled around his hand that was on the demon's chest and stopped it from moving.
