Angelic Demon episode 14 A phone call interrupted the sad atmosphere. They were all sitting on an arm chair in Roderigo's room. Hands on their cheeks, tapping their feet closely, they were too worried to go home. There is a killer on loose. This was not there first time working overnight so it was not a big deal to them. The last time they worked overnight was when an antique was stolen in a museum. The collected who reported the incident got killed as well as other people. The investigation lasted for months and they all lost something very valuable to the killer. The thought of losing again made them shiver.

"Human... how are you..." Lucien Desrosiers, the Demon King of the dark court, took one stunned step back. The noise behind him died at once. The hall was packed with elders, guards, and newly chosen sacrificial consorts, yet everyone seemed to forget how to breathe. Someone whispered, "She is not afraid of him? The Demon King's whole body carries the lust-curse. Any woman who gets too close starts collapsing within three seconds. Why is she fine?"

Not a wolf. The creature's skin was the color of dried blood, cracked and peeling, with veins of dull orange pulsing beneath the surface like cooling lava. Its limbs were too long for its torso, bent at angles that didn't follow human anatomy. One arm was pinned under the beam, crushed. The other was free, its clawed fingers twitching weakly against the stone. A demon.

El-Kharis explained, tired of defending his mate. "That does not matter, El-Kharis. Whether she is a human orb or not, she is a potential danger to us, and we need her to leave," Zareon, an earth demon, said angrily. "Zareon, you better know your place. Don't forget you are just a representative of your god here," El-Kharis snapped back, standing up angrily to leave. "She is a demoness of all five elements, El-Kharis," Lilith finally spoke, her terrifying yet calm and alluring voice echoing across the room, prompting El-Kharis to sit down again.

When he turned back to the edge of his bed, Blood, the demon version of Young, had disappeared. It drove the man mad that although nothing had been said, he knew exactly what his nightmares coming into the real world meant. Somehow Asha had tapped into a version of herself that needn’t attack anyone headon, the other side had been listening and now they were making themselves known. He wasn’t really a believer of the supernatural until he had met her, but apparently his new understanding was not enough to deter him from repeating the same cycle. Like the idiot he was, he persisted and still tried to spy on her. It angered Young’s new demon to know that the little cockroach was still being so

If I had known they worked for him, I would have listened to that faint voice in my head and ran hard and fast. I knew who he was before I arrived in this country. It was important that lone wolves like Hannah and I learned about the hierarchy of the most powerful packs and who not to cross. He came up on the top of the most feared. “I detest everything about you and if you must die for you to be quiet, then so be it.” I shift into my half-form, letting my cat surge to the surface. The time for talk has ended, this has gone on long enough. He also shifts, a dark mass rising from his skin to hover threateningly over him. Looking into the red eyes in those shadows makes my blood run cold. “The demon wolf.” My mind supplies immediately, even though it is my first time seeing him. I shake my head to rid it of the confusion and with a snarl, I gather my soldiers and attack.

“I think so. Look at him. He looks quite like a snail.” Waltz was disgusted. “I hate this kind of creature the most! Normally, I would trample it to death whenever I see it! How can such a disgusting creature with no bones cultivate to become a human? How strange!” This team looked bizarre. Not only was there a demon with a snail shell on his back, but there was also a wasp-like demon, a butterfly demon, an earthworm demon... They seemed to have been summoned from the back garden of someone’s house.

But my mom just smiled. “That’s my girl.” I smiled proudly. “But what is that?” She picked me up and walked over to her bookcase, she pulled out a really old book and opened it. On the page was a man with horns on his head and a long tail. “So, a demon is usually a very strong being. One who will use tricks and magic to punish anyone who makes them angry. Many people are afraid of them, because they are really strong and don’t show mercy to their enemies.”

If Wilbur and the old man were here, they would be able to tell at first glance that the merfolk's emperor, Ramos, who had never shown his real face this entire time, looked just like Demon from the dungeon. Demon was actually a clone of Emperor Ramos. Wilbur had blown Ramos' clone apart with the power of light just now, and the six wisps of miasma had returned to Ramos' body, meaning that Demon was now back in Ramos. The merfolk emperor stared at himself in the mirror. "F*ck! I can't believe you're back."
