THE LAST DANCE

THE LAST DANCE

"I'm so excited. My brother told me you're the best in Abuja. He said you used to dance in Lagos. He said you were famous. I've been so worried about the first dance—I don't want to step on my husband's feet. I'm a terrible dancer, really. Everyone says so. I have two left feet. I'm completely hopeless." Zara blinked. She had not expected this. This girl was nothing like Dante. She was sunshine and light and complete, joyful chaos. "I'm sure you're not hopeless," Zara said carefully. "Everyone has rhythm. It's just a matter of finding it." "See?" Amara turned to Dante, who was leaning against the doorframe, watching them. "I told you she'd be nice. Most people are so mean about my dancing."

Descendants Of The God

Descendants Of The God

His head nodded slowly as her hand grabbed Nathania's outstretched hand. Nathania brought Princess Mia to the dance floor, the music was melodious, making the atmosphere romantic. Because she was used to dancing with the girls who were crazy about her, Nathania became good at it. Her height which reaches 170 cm makes she look attractive when dancing with Princess Mia who is only 155 cm tall.

My Possessive Vampire King

My Possessive Vampire King

They watched as their grandchildren participated in the various games and dances, their laughter ringing out like music. “It’s incredible how far we’ve come,” Dean said, his voice filled with pride. “I never imagined we would create such a legacy.” Chloe nodded, her heart swelling with love. “It’s the love that binds us, Dean. It’s the willingness to listen and understand that has shaped our realm.” Just then, a soft voice interrupted their reverie. “Grandma, Grandpa! Come dance with us!” It was Lily, her face beaming with joy. With a shared glance and a smile, Chloe and Dean descended from the balcony, joining their grandchildren in the festivities. As they danced, surrounded by family and

They Both Wanted Me

They Both Wanted Me

"To the fallen. To the living. To the future." "To the future," the crowd echoed, their voices rising together in a chorus of hope. The celebration lasted until dawn, the music and dancing continuing long after the moon had set and the first light of day began to paint the sky. Aurora danced with her parents, her feet moving in rhythms she had known since childhood. She danced with Rylan, their bodies moving together like they had been practicing for this moment their entire lives. She danced with Theron, his cool hands guiding her through steps she had never learned but somehow knew.

A Few Hundred Poppies

A Few Hundred Poppies

"And lastly, after dinner, we let the DJ take over. Have a great night everybody!" An adorable trio of toddlers bounced up to the dance floor and started dancing in a peculiar fashion, making good-natured laughters to erupt from the crowd. This was followed by duos and troupes of people swaying and shimmying to loud Bollywood tunes, catchy Bangla songs and the occasional English lyrics.

DEIMOS: The Alpha's Unchosen Mate

DEIMOS: The Alpha's Unchosen Mate

He says peering down into my eyes with a gentle smile. Our intense bubble is popped when the females begin dancing, the oldest carrying Gianna in her hands they cloud around her swaying back and forth in harmony. A dance to celebrate a day of birth. The males stand back, hands at their sides watching the dance with smiles not infiltrating an inch of their space.

I love the book but for some reason there was this last update that jumbled all the chapters and now I can't really keep reading because my next chapter is now one that I already read. I would very much like to have the book as it was before, without all the chapters being split into parts.

I'm not done with the book because I cannot ignore my family and work but every time I end with a chapter that breaks Lumina, my heart breaks too. And I carry the heartbreak until I can read again... You affect me so much and I love it! Worth every coin spent and I have few chapters left... ...

A Little Bit of Joy

A Little Bit of Joy

"Perhaps one day on a cold winter day like a half dead leaf, I would become one with the air again." "Air?" "Oh my soul will never fall, it'll only fly higher and higher and I don't make sense at all!" I said like a mad woman and grabbed his hand. "Come let's dance!" "Why can't girls just take a compliment?" he muttered under his breath as I pulled him on the dance floor. "Joy you know I can't dance." "You can dance Logan, you'll only do it bad," I pointed to Uncle Desmond who waggled his belly like jello without any care in the world. "Ooh, ooh, it's animals! Move your body!"

PRETEND PRINCESS

PRETEND PRINCESS

And then—because the universe knew this moment needed to be immortalized—the record player crackled, and the opening strains of A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton started playing. I shrieked. Lily shrieked. The old people started nodding their heads, and before I knew it, we were all dancing. Even Grandpa Roman. Even Gym-Bro-Grandson, despite himself being mortified, whose name I remembered quite well but loved the tease of it I spun around, singing the lyrics abysmally off-tune, throwing my arms around Grandpa, even as he blinked in surprise. He didn't remember most things. But in the moment, he was happy.

This book is really interesting and I'm waiting for more updates. Yuyu really is a walking colour disaster sometimes but I love it. Both Creed and Yuyu should sort out their messy relationship before getting together. I can already sense the tension though. Good job author and success to this book

The Mate Agreement

The Mate Agreement

Plus, he looks really cute a little panicked about hitting the dance floor. I get to my feet, reaching out a hand to him. “Come on!” I urge. Almost everyone is busting out their craziest dance moves in the rain now. Camilla Dune is breakdancing in the mud. Jimmy Beiber and Archie Campbell are having what looks like a twerking dance-off. Bibah is laughing at Akio as he imitates a traditional Japanese dance, holding his cowboy hat as a makeshift hand-fan. Joan Vasquez and Andy Rogers are slow dancing to the rap song. Vahini, Evin and Anabelle have formed a circle of three, holding hands and shimmying together while Noah Abara stood on the steps, taking pictures. Even Ben and Jenny are disco da

Tangled With The Fated Mates

Tangled With The Fated Mates

Claudine joined in, her howl intertwining with Denzel's, while Ember and Ash squealed with delight, their tiny voices attempting to mimic the pack's primal call. As the night wore on, the pack's energy shifted from howls to movement, their bodies swaying to the rhythm of the music. Denzel and Claudine danced together, lost in the magic of the moment. Their hands intertwined, they spun and twirled, their laughter carrying on the wind.
