Descendants Evie Pictures Novels & Stories

After I finished feeding the kids, I swallowed the nausea in my throat and made an excuse to wash the bottle so I could slip out of the bedroom. I clicked into Evie's profile. She hadn't shown her full face, but her background picture was a balcony shot. In the corner, there was a cartoon bear rug, and along the edge of it was a faint red wine stain. My breath caught in my throat. I had just bought that rug last month, and the pothos beside her foot was the same one I had repotted three days ago. That was my balcony.

Then the injuries got bigger and harder to hide. “Ethan…come here.” Mom quickly wipes her tears, gesturing for him to come closer. “Don’t let Evie go…” he whispered, looking down. “They are evil… Kaden, Logan…and Jordan.” I winced inwardly, turning my back on him to hide the tears blurring my vision. It doesn’t matter what my parents say, I’ll make sure those bastards pay for the nightmares they’ve brought upon my family. “Darling, I hate this as much as you, but Evie may have a point.”

"There’s more." He led her to his desk and pulled a weathered leather album from a drawer. As she flipped through the pages, she saw the history of the Vale and the Grant families intertwined. There were sketches and early photographs of Evan and Tobias, and of a young Blair. Then she found a picture of two small, mud-covered pups grinning at the camera. Even at four years old, the one on the left had those unmistakable, piercing gray eyes. "You were such a handful," she giggled.

After all, what we don't know, can't hurt us. Now more about me, I am a Witch through my bloodline. I am a descendant of Elizabeth Howe, who was hanged as a Witch on the 19th of July 1692 during the Salem Witch Trials. The sad part about it is she was a Witch, but a White Witch who just wanted to live happily raising her six children.

" Lydia spat out. Evangeline picked up the photos, the so-called evidence. They were just pictures of her mother in a warm embrace with her uncle, sharing a laugh, her belly swollen with the child.

“She says that because she takes bad pictures.” “I take perfectly good pictures.” “You cut Noah’s head off in one.” “That happened once.” “Three times,” Noah corrected. Mum laughed softly and closed her eyes for a moment before opening them again. “There they are.” Her voice had weakened, though the warmth in it had not. “The children I have been hearing about for years.” Evie looked at me first, and I nodded. She went closer to the bed. “Can I hug you?” Evie asked, resting one hand on the mattress.

There were tiny markings along the edges. Numbers. Dates. Names. Eva turned another page. A photograph slipped out. She caught it before it reached the floor. Her breath caught. It was her mother. But she wasn't alone. Standing beside her was a young man. Eva recognized him immediately. Richard Blackwood. But there was someone else in the background. A little girl. Eva. She couldn't have been more than five. Eva stared at the photograph. “Why is there a picture of me here?”

Besides, what would I do living all alone? What kind of life would that be? As silence fell over Evie, I started taking steady breaths. After a few minutes of careful thought, she finally spoke up. “You’re right. I’m with you. Let’s do this. Let’s get rid of these monsters—they’ve done enough damage to our world. Daddy would be proud of you.” She must’ve been smiling because her voice sounded so bright. I gave a nod and then pressed the sharp knife against my palm, cutting the skin and letting the blood drip into the deep well.

Her body shivered at the memory of Aiden whom she had left without feeling five months ago. Even though she didn't want to, like it or not, Nathania had to join in welcoming the arrival of King Ellios and Fotia's entourage who were known as descendants of cursed demons. They stood up, welcoming the King and the royal family who got off the horse-drawn carriage that was carrying them. The king, Ellios, Queen Mother Katerina, the four daughters of the king, Duke Felix, his wife and son, Marco got off the horse-drawn carriage.

Maybe if he had been more than a coward then the outcome will be a bit different. He was going to just remain by her side as a friend and watch out for her. Maybe this wasn’t meant to be. He was happy to see that she was happy and doing okay. After the last class for the day the students were cheering happily and they all left the classroom with their satchels. Evie was seventeen and came from a middle-class family, both of her parents were primary school teachers and very loving and caring. Evie was the second child and the only girl in the family.
