Dragon-kissed

Dragon-kissed

This last piece of technology suggested a link between the pirates and Tamerlane’s research on the fifth element, but all of them pointed to the fact that the captain and his crew had had a great deal of experience holding Slayers against their will. Despite the rancor he harbored towards his eldest brother’s killers and their ilk, deep down Sasha was thrilled to be up close with real-life pirates. He was aboard a pirate ship, for crying out loud. He wasn’t very keen though on the idea of an Undine clansman, the captain of a ship no less, betraying the cause of the blue Slayer navy and sailing under a black flag. Undine Slayers considered it a great dishonor to become a pirate and assumed th

The Ultimate Husband

The Ultimate Husband

Whoosh. While they quarreled, they heard the sound of footsteps. Then, dozens of pirates surrounded. All of them had well-built bodies and looked menacing. Some of them had red headscarves tied on their heads and exuded an intimidating aura. There were three leaders among the pirates and they released a powerful aura. They were the leaders on Devil Island. The eldest was Zale, followed by Zach and then Zaha. The three brothers' evil activities were rampant on the coasts near Pearl City.

PRINCESS, the PIRATE'S CONSORT

PRINCESS, the PIRATE'S CONSORT

The princess was about to fall because of her dizzy feeling but Randell caught her quickly so the princess didn't immediately fall to the ground. The princess still opened her eyes, her eyes still reflected the handsome pirate's face even though it was a bit blurry. When their eyes accidentally met, the handsome pirate was shocked by what Chandra did to him. Chandra raised her hand in the air towards Randell's face. The princess touched her palm to the smooth and soft cheek of the handsome pirate. This is indeed a bandit, a pirate who sails across the ocean whose only mission is to rob the town they land in. That's what those who know about pirates think. They are one of the seasoned thieves

The Last Descendant: The Lost Son

The Last Descendant: The Lost Son

Lord Henderson had not lost his thoughts, as he only continued to string them together concisely. “Now, we know that the descendants of the Ming Clan are working in tangent with the Han Clan, with out question. We must prepare to visit Lord Vasquez. I am almost most certain that Lord Vazquez has an important part to play in this escapade as well. Why else would the the descendants of both clans head north?” Lord Henderson said calmly. He knew that Transcending Ice Crystal was the relic that tied with clans together. This was his major discovery that he had mentioned earlier. It would be no surprise that his illustrious group had been decimated, as both clans have been pursued to the brink of

A LOVE LIKE OURS

A LOVE LIKE OURS

Everything he did lately felt too controlled, like he was fighting something inside him. “They call themselves The Descendants,” he said at last. “But they’re not bound by blood. They’re bound by memory. And power. The kind that doesn’t fade with generations. The kind buried beneath lands like yours. And mine.” Yvette swallowed. “What do they want with Cara?” “The same thing they wanted with me,” he said. “To break her. And rebuild her in their image.” Yvette’s hand curled around the glass. “Why the land? What’s buried there?”

Supreme Emperor of Swords

He said, "Maybe I have seen it before." "It would be great if you are willing to help, Mr. Ding." The Mermaid Princess looked very happy. She smiled sweetly and said, "To tell you the truth, we have been searching for a descendant of the Sea God, who has been missing for several hundred years. Two hundred years ago, the Sea God, namely the god of seven seas, died and left behind a descendant to inherit his power. That descendant should have become the next ruler of the seven seas as well as the Sea Clan, but unfortunately, for some unknown reason, he disappeared from the heavily-guarded Sea God's Palace a hundred years ago. The Sea Clans of the seven seas searched everywhere but couldn't fin

The Last Descent

The Last Descent

It was older, more deteriorated, its hull eaten away by ten years of saltwater corrosion. A research submersible. My son Robb’s submersible. Griffin's craft, in its final descent, had come to rest right beside where my son had died. They were together at last. Father and son, side by side, in the dark of this abyss. "Maren?" I had gone quiet for too long. Brody's voice came through the headset, careful and tentative. "Are you okay? Are you in position?" "I am." I stared at the two wrecks lying next to each other and did not speak for a long time. Finally, I activated the mechanical arm, and the salvage operation began.

Marina The Siren

Marina The Siren

Risks that only a reduced amount of sirens have lived in their flesh and have barely made it to escape from them. The main risk that laid beyond the surface of the ocean was the humans, who were the dominant species of the land. The humans were pretty different between each other, but probably the most important difference between them was the way they decided to live their lives: some people lived with honesty and humility, working hard to earn their daily sustenance and take care of their families of themselves. But then some people lived the opposite lifestyle, looking to abuse of those who lived by hard-working just to get an easy life. And the best example of these abusive people were t

The Empress and the Alpha

“Continue Hunter.” “Thank you Empress Zelda.” He shot Cedric a dirty look before continuing. “Rowell took no prisoners, he killed every man until came across The Black Skulls Clan. They were the meanest pirates he ever did see, so he recruited them to join his crew and sail the seven seas.” “Rhyming ‘see’ with ‘sea’?” Indrick chuckled. “These ghosts sure are uninventive.” “Let’s hear your stories since you want to be judgmental!” Posy snapped.

I love this book so much. I’m glad I was a beta reader because it’s even better than when I first read it. I love the dynamic between Zelda and her family/people - as well as her dynamic with Penn and Hunter. I can’t wait to keep reading!!

I thought Zelda would only be the funny one. I didn't expect it would be the same with Hunter. The way he was rejected and said that he would tell it to his parents was just hilarious lol. The humor of this book is not something to be missed. This book is a must-read for great entertainment. Awesome

The Rise of the Frost Dragons (Blue Triangle Series #2)

“What do you mean to say, captain?” “We’ve had a difficult year … the pirates that the news had been talking about all over the region ain’t as what they seem,” Captain Burgly said, frowning. “They’re all spread out, both land and sea … their numbers can even infiltrate any warships or galleys.” “Pirates?” Tristan said, his hands inside his pockets. “From where?” “Corsair Isles … across the ocean far south of the Liberty Cities,” Burgly answered. “They ain’t just pirates, I’m telling you. They’re all highly trained thieves … and their tricks can beat even the most skilled swordsman.”
