I looked at the upcoming waves as it was about to devour me hungrily. The waves spread wide like a mountain, wanting to eat me alive. My eyes flared brighter with hint of redness as I raised my hand out of impulse and was surprisingly able to create a barrier wide enough to cover the boat from being consumed by the waves. While I was surprised that I still haven't discovered all what I could do with my abilities, I wanted to breathe out in relief, I realized it wasn't the end as the serpent had quickly arrived behind me, rushing towards me.

The ship’s hull groaned, the ironwood turning from a healthy emerald to a frantic, bruised charcoal as it struggled to maintain its "Definition" against the encroaching void.

“The storm… it’s not natural. It’s *alive*.” The static in me bristles. “What do you mean?” “It’s hunting,” she says, her voice trembling. “For the Seed.” The Hunter materializes, his form flickering. ***The Apostle wasn’t the only one who escaped the Silence. There are others… older things.*** “And they want the Seed?” ***They want what it’s eaten.*** --- **The Devourer** The storm reaches the crystalline forest by nightfall. It doesn’t rage—it *consumes*. Trees shatter into shards of light, their songs silenced mid-note. The Forgotten who try to fight it are erased, their mutations unraveling into nothingness.

A massive presence stirred beneath the chasm—something colossal, chained, furious. The Devourer. Not a god. Not a demon. A consequence. Born when the first war between gods shattered reality and buried their mistakes beneath the world. I had found it. And I was freeing it. “Wake,” I commanded again. The chasm exploded outward. A shockwave rippled across the land, flattening everything for miles. The sky fractured further, streaks of black lightning tearing through the red haze. Rain began to fall—not water, but ash and burning embers.

Shouts of war could be heard coming from ahead. Shouts of war rang out all around Heaven Island. Waves rolled, and huge waves thousands of meters high, like layers of blood-red mountains, surged toward Heaven Island, as if they were going to drown the largest island of the Southern Wilderness in the boundless sea.

It surged forward, aimed at the black wave ahead. Boom! In the pitch-black night sky, the collision between the beast and the monstrous wave reverberated, violently shaking the surroundings. The lion roared defiantly, striving to break through the waves. "Don't overestimate yourself." The Shadow Guardian sneered. With a swift wave of his sleeve, a powerful erosive power erupted from the black wave, triggering massive explosions within the lion. With a mournful roar, the lion's once-solid body gradually faded, disintegrating into dust and smoke with a resounding blast.

"Here it comes." They held their breath as the most noteworthy portion of the wave made its way towards them, wrecking everything in its wake like a steamroller. It took down thirty-foot trees easily, hurling them almost like toothpicks in the sloppy waters and cutting a way as distant as the eye might see. As it hit the stream, it appeared to stop, weighing its alternatives. The water murmured boisterously as the two temperatures blended, at that point with a reestablished surge of quality, it plowed through the cold water and headed their way.

The Atlantic stretched endlessly before them, a calm surface hiding the storm beneath. The floating fortress loomed like a mechanical leviathan, slicing through the waves with terrifying precision. Its massive hull glinted under the morning sun, and even from miles away, the hum of energy vibrating through the water was unmistakable.

I stared at his emaciated body, certain he had brought this on himself. "Why don't you just drink yourself to death?" I cursed as I kicked him. He stirred and shifted slightly, but he still lay unconscious. Then, I noticed two more graves beside my parents'. Curiosity got the better of me, and I glanced at them. The moment I did, I stiffened. One tombstone read: "Beloved Wife, Phoebe Radcliffe." The other: "Beloved Daughter, Lumina Carlisle." All at once, the sorrow I had bottled up came flooding back like a tide. Certain wounds were so deep that even the passage of time couldn't erase them.

She repeatedly asked me to tell her if I am about to finish so that she can just wank it fast by hand. I heard what she said but I can care less about it due to the pleasure that I am feeling and the inexplicable drive inside me. Just when I was about to climax, I subconsciously grabbed Flor's head with both of my hands and thrusted my pulsating rod inside her mouth. Groan! Groan!
