A massive presence stirred beneath the chasm—something colossal, chained, furious. The Devourer. Not a god. Not a demon. A consequence. Born when the first war between gods shattered reality and buried their mistakes beneath the world. I had found it. And I was freeing it. “Wake,” I commanded again. The chasm exploded outward. A shockwave rippled across the land, flattening everything for miles. The sky fractured further, streaks of black lightning tearing through the red haze. Rain began to fall—not water, but ash and burning embers.

He was a blur of shadow, ducking the deadly tail and sinking his fangs into the beast’s shoulder. His jaws ripped free a mouthful of blackened flesh, the taste of rot and death clinging to his tongue. The Devourer reared back, its molten eyes flashing. Then it slammed both clawed hands down in a shock wave that sent dozens flying. Trees splintered like matchsticks. Rebels screamed as they were impaled on jagged branches or crushed beneath the collapsing cypress.

That was the power of the rules. Surging waves of black and white finally filled the entire world of the Hungry Ghost Path. Huge monsters were surging in the waves. In addition, there were all kinds of strange creatures rolling in the waves and gradually adapting to this environment. They seemed to have woken up from their deep sleep. They opened their mouths and madly devoured everything around them. As if they had gone crazy from their hunger, they started a crazy massacre in the sea. In the blink of an eye, even several of the enormous mountain-sized behemoths had turned into pale white skeletons.

One was a red Ferrari, another a black Audi, and the last one a gray Homer. Kanael stepped out of the Ferrari, Basael from the black Audi, and, obviously, Afael from the Homer. Great.

The two shot at each other and collided. DOOM! Energy waves were created from the collision. A huge explosion occurred and made the ocean waves rumble. BRARR! Makara had to turn her face away because the explosive power from the collision of the two energies was so great. The light shone very brightly and made the cloudy sky in the northern sea slowly brighten, although only briefly.

It surged forward, aimed at the black wave ahead. Boom! In the pitch-black night sky, the collision between the beast and the monstrous wave reverberated, violently shaking the surroundings. The lion roared defiantly, striving to break through the waves. "Don't overestimate yourself." The Shadow Guardian sneered. With a swift wave of his sleeve, a powerful erosive power erupted from the black wave, triggering massive explosions within the lion. With a mournful roar, the lion's once-solid body gradually faded, disintegrating into dust and smoke with a resounding blast.
