The Pianist's Stunning Violets
Losses of gold, diamonds, and gems were on the nest, tears began to fall,
The future was lost in hands that were heavy with luggage and plans,
Daisies, chrysanthemums, and my fave sunflowers disappeared,
But as a call was heard, smiles were pasted on the uniform worn.
Then, got a Book of Law which turned everything into bright sunshine.
Everything was clear now - heart sang, thoughts stood in the garden,
Everything had a purpose, gifts needed to be given to every folk,
What a wonderful day, today, God had given me to see things.
She hummed some lines and thought of turning the poem into a song one day. With her spirits high and her thoughts on the prince, she prayed for everything.
