Katulad ko ay ito din ang unang pagsali nila Diana, Paula at Rain sa isang School Publication pero di hamak na magaling talaga si Diana mag drawing kaya tiyak na papasa siya bilang cartoonist kung sakali at hindi katulad namin nila Paula na nagsisimula pa lang. "Anong strand mo?" tanong sa'kin ni Nelson. "TVL-ICT mag classmates kaming tatlo." sabi ko sabay turo sa mga katabi ko. "Ang layo sa journ ha." sabi naman ni Tracy. "Ay grade 12 kayo? ICT din ako grade 11 Maaasahan." sagot ni Nelson. "Uy hala edi iisa lang room natin? Ang galing naman!" manghang sabi ko sa kaniya.

She had just been transferred from the eastern part of the country to the northern part, so she came with her one year old daughter. I don't want to leave out the back story and I've gotta start somewhere right, so why not at the beginning?

It was classed as sexual abuse. I looked at the clock before I called Alaina back. I had been reading that diary for the past 4 hours. I quickly gulped down the flat beer that I had forgotten about, and called the number stored in my phone. “Did you finish it?” She asked. “Yeah. Who the fuck was her stepfather?” I snarled. “His name is Malcolm Daniels. His son is Aaron Daniels. The police don’t know about this diary,” she informed me. I clenched my fists. “Why the fuck not?” I growled.

What the actual f**k? F**k, Zayne raked his fingers through his hair as he waited for an answer. Mekhi looks on, curious as ever... Jerome gently coaxes his wife, soothing her simultaneously, letting her know that it's ok now and they are safe. She can tell Alpha Zayne what she experienced in the kitchen. I picked it up, scanning the page he'd marked: "The boy from Bali shows promise, but the Perez girl is the key. Her genetic markers could unite the broken bloodlines. If only Jeffrey would stop looking at her like that." Jeff's fingers brushed mine as he took the diary. "We need to burn it all." Outside, sirens wailed. I squeezed his hand. "Together." The flames from Nolan's bunker lit up the Moroccan night, casting long shadows across the dunes as we sped away in a stolen jeep. Jeff's grip on the wheel was white-knuckled, his jaw set in a hard line. The journal lay between us like a live grenade. I thumbed through the brittle pages, each revelation hitting like a body blow:

His eyes went blank in a swift second when they fell on Nalini's diary which was full of fury as his face turned emotionless. His raw emotions were creating a storm inside him which was enough to weaken him but he didn’t not want to show this vulnerable side of him to anyone.

Then, after a long pause, Adam lifted the diary again. His thumb brushed along the edge of the next page. “…Okay,” he whispered.
