Sa kabila nang modernisasyon ng mundo ay tahimik na nabubuhay ang grupo ng mga engkantao sa Mt. Talumpit. Sila ang mga nilalang na naging bunga ng pagmamahalan ng mga engkanto at tao noong panahong bago pa man dumating ang mga dayuhang mananakop. Nakalimutan na sila ng mga tao at itunuring na isa na lamang kwentong-bayan. Si Seiri Santos ay anak ng isa sa pinakamayamang negosyante sa Quezon City. When the conglomerate's heir parachutes into our company, he conveniently brings along a "poor student" he's been sponsoring for years. That afternoon, they turn the entire office upside down. A fictional world set in our reality, wherein, when a person dies, they continue their life in an exact replica of the initial world, with no memory of what had happened previously. In this world, there are individuals, glitches if you will, that retain their memory when the shifting of reality occurs. These people are called primes. The Primes are created from the longing of existence (child- Infinity) trying to defeat its mother (grand-mother), nothingness. This brings in the main character, Jude, the key in bringing the salvation that existence requires. However, nothingness was able to infect some primes, called finite.... who want one thing only, to cut the natural, infinite flow of reality, and lead us back to the path of nothingness.

When he spoke, his voice was as cold as ice. “You’re still three days away from your delivery date! Enough with the pitiful act! Repent while you’re in the attic! This is what you get for making Rachel upset!” The contractions hurt so much that I clenched my fists to the point that my nails broke, but no one unlocked the door to the attic. My piercing screams echoed in the attic for a long time until my whole body was soaked in blood, and one of my babies was stuck between my bloody legs. Three days later, my husband ate his breakfast that was not up to his taste and said, “Have Jane make breakfast for me, then have her apologize to Rachel with a gift. If she’s sincere enough, I’ll send her to the hospital to deliver the babies.” But no one dared go up to the attic because the blood that flowed down from it had already reached the second step of the stairs.
