Do Nesta And Cassian Get Together Novels & Stories

Her crimson smile stretches thin. Oh…this bitch. “Oh this old thing? Why, thank you.” I return her icy smile. I can tell she doesn't like me very much. Does she know about me and Cassian? She can't. We've been discreet. Yeah, Nina. Sex in a car on the streets of Vegas is superrr discreet. “So,” Cassian slings an arm around her shoulder, all the time smiling sweetly at me. “What do you have planned for us? Shower first, or…” he presses a kiss to her forehead.

"She is mated to me." The air was charged, both auras clashing. Everyone in the room had their attention on the two men now. "Last I checked, there was no mark on her neck," Mason's eyes shifted to me for a split second, then back to Cassian’s. “Yet," Cassian didn't say anything, just stared at him with his fists clenched at his side. From the corner of my eyes, I saw Nicole approaching, to do damage control maybe, but I beat him to it.

Aurora tenses beside me, and Bishop grins wider, whistling in a specific tone to grab Cassian's attention who is still in an altercation with Caelum's wife about lord knows what. Cassian puts a pause to his argument with best friend's wife, causing her to storm off ahead. Cassian nods, his gaze instantly dragging to us. He looks at me and then Aurora, his lips stretching into a wider grin, one mischievous just like that of Bishop. Cassian practically leaps our way, standing in front of Aurora. “My dream girl,” he grins, going in for a hug which Aurora reciprocates easily. “Cassian.” I whine, annoyed by the way he invaded her space, having known her for four seconds.

Yeah I should talk to him, maybe he just won't let me know about annulment. Andrei arrived just in time with his friend. "Sorry it took so long" my husband apologized. "It's okay" I said. "Maybe you already know my companion but for formality let me introduce my friend, Daevon Castanio, Daevon here's my wife Cassandra and her friend Ayesha." Daevon immediately offered his hand so I was about to shake it but Andrei avoided my hand. I heard Daevon smirked before he transferred to my friend. "Nice to see you again miss" and then he smiled.

In fact, I believe that the Moon Goddess has favored him since birth. "Why are you gloomy? Are you still concerned about finding your soul mate? You are still young, Cassie. You shouldn’t make a big deal about it," he tried to console me, then he took me to the nearby bench outside the gym where we could have our protein shakes. "I can’t help it, Kaiden," I said, and he sighed in response.

“I went to see her. We had quite some important things to talk about.” I can tell he’s about to ask more questions. Either way, he doesn’t push it. “Come on, let’s go and get Nate. Lunch is ready.” If I had any grudge towards Nate before, I can’t even find it as we head back towards the pack palace. “He didn’t eat that much back at home,” Cassian tells me, and I nod at him. We’re just about to walk in when he holds my hand, pulling me back. “And we’ll have to talk about what you went to the priestess to do.”

"Cassian still has time for me! And Iris and I spend time together too!" Lily snorted. "In your dreams, maybe. They've been inseparable since they got back. So unless you've been third wheeling, they haven't spent any time with you!" A lot more people joined in the laughter this time, and even Cassian had a ghost of a smile on his face. "Aren't you going to go now?" I whispered to him. "Why so eager?" He asked with a raise of his eyebrow. "I'm not eager." "Hmm."

“We’ll fight together.” Cassian moved to Selene’s side, his body rigid with readiness. His hand brushed hers, a fleeting touch that sent a shock of electricity through her. His eyes met hers, intense and unreadable, but there was something there—something unspoken that passed between them in that brief moment. And then the beasts lunged.

The sight of his once-familiar, now painfully alien face made my heart hammer violently in my chest. "What are you doing here?" I demanded, my voice shaking with anger. "You broke into my home! Are you insane?" Cassian looked utterly disheveled. His hair was a mess, his face shadowed by rough stubble and dark under-eye circles. His entire being exuded exhaustion, despair, and the sharp, unmistakable stench of alcohol. His bloodshot eyes locked onto mine as he staggered closer. "Zora," he rasped, "please... don't marry him. Come back to me. Please."

“The bastard will claim what isn’t his, as he always does, besides I didn't think you needed to know. What's the point? There's nothing you can do about it anyway.” Cassia bent quickly to pick up the muffins, but her hands shook so badly she dropped one twice. She was furious with Dorian. “When is he coming?” She asked. “This evening.” Dorian answered. Cassia's head whipped up to his face. “What the f–” she held herself back. “Dorian?! Why didn't you tell me all these earlier. I…I can't, there's no time to prepare.” She stammered angrily over her words.
