Nach sechs Jahren an Joels Seite landete Lyra im Krankenhaus – krank und ausgezehrt. Als ich nach einer Injektion mit einer gewaltigen Dosis Wolfsgift gelähmt im Bett lag, gab mein Alpha-Gefährte das Gegenmittel, das ich gefunden hatte, zuerst seiner ersten Liebe.
