Does Daisy Die In The Great Gatsby Mga Nobela at Kwento

"Marco put a can inside the microwave and it exploded. That was the sound." Nobody responded immediately. One of the guards let out a long breath. "Excuse us," he muttered, and the two of them walked out without looking back. Then we all remembered at the same time. Knock. Knock. Daisy's voice came from behind the couch. "Hello? Can someone please help me get out of here?" I crossed the room and lifted the couch off her. She stood up slowly, straightening herself, eyes wide, hair everywhere. "Ouch." She let out a tired breath. "So all of that was for nothing."

Daisy looks away and I let out another low growl. It all makes sense now. She made an attempt on her life after he forced himself on her. I still remember seeing her pale face that day and seeing all that blood. It haunts me everywhere I go and it's why I wanted to find her. If I know she's alive and well then that's enough for me... or so I wanted to believe.

***Daisy's POV.*** “Let’s go.” I say and get up. “Where? I am… literally feeling dizzy.” Toby says and as he tries to remove the bite he took. I flinch when his skin gets red and I pick up his phone when Olivia calls, “Olivia, Toby is dying.” And cut it. That ought to do everything. “Why would you do that?” He asks.

The maid who came to take Daisy said something about a changing room on the first floor. "Stay here, I'm coming!" I warn everyone and walk out towards the stairs where I last saw Daisy. I'm ascending the stairs when I hear her cry for help. I quicken my steps and follow her voice. Nothing could have prepared me for what I was about to witness. I push open the door, I'm stunned to find her standing with blood stains over her. She informs me about Gio, my world shatters seeing my brother taking his last breaths, I run over to him, not bothering about anything else.

“But I can relay your cooperation to the right people. People who can fulfill the deal.” “Fine. Just promise me I won’t die in here.” “No problem. I will do my best to prevent that.” His answer is not enough. But it is all I have. I sigh. “What do you want to know about Daisy?” “Start with her childhood.” The guard says and pulls out a small notebook and a pencil. “I want anything unusual. Anything that might explain her current abilities.” I lean back against the wall and close my eyes, thinking. “Well, Daisy’s mother died when she was like five or six, I can’t really remember,” I start. “Her mum’s name is Beatrice Caldwell. My mother killed her by poisoning her slowly for months. Everyone

If she disappears now, surely no one will notice or be sad. Daisy doesn't want to go back to work, so she decides to cross the street to catch the car and back home. Daisy is just setting her foot on the road, a motorcycle speeds up and crashes into her. His hand snatched the phone in Daisy's hand, and darts away. Daisy falls onto the cold pavement. She feels warm liquid running from her neck and down her back. But Daisy feels no pain. A woman's voice squeals very near her, "She's been in an accident. Come and help!” Strange faces surround Daisy, screams… but then they all fade and disappear. In Daisy's eyes, there is only a green space filled with young tamarind leaves...

She lowered the volume and answered. “Julia..” “Hey, you won’t believe!” “Believe what?” “Daisy is dead.” “What? Who?” “Daisy Vale is dead!” Judith jumped stepping on the breaks. A car hooted behind her then she quickly drove off. “Daisy is dead?” “Yes. Apparently they were robbed last night. The thieves took their gadgets and they are suspecting money as well. They shot both of them but Adrian is still alive but it is belived it doesn’t look good.”

"Daisy, is it... true?" Daisy smiled. "The outcome is the same now. That's good... I'm fine. Gladyce, I really want to give you a chance!" "..." Unable to control her emotions any longer, tears began welling up in Gladyce's eyes! She would be lying if she said that she had no resentment at all. Because of Daisy, her father never woke up again, and she lost him forever! However, how could a fragile girl like Daisy have such great courage?

She looked at John who's smile didn't leave his face as he slowly stood up from where he squatted. "Good bye my love, I end people who think they are too smart, bye once more, my love, don't worry about our kids, I will take care of them." John said to her then walked away. Daisy kept staring at him till her eyelids closed in darkness and she fell down in death.

She thought they had already lost contact. Daisy put on the cigarette and asked, “What do you want to say to me?” “How did he die?” Rose murmured. “He died of an incredible disease.” Daisy’s eyes were still misty, but no tears rolled down her cheeks. Rows tried her best to recall her father's face, but she failed. Her heart was empty and numb like it was trapped in a block of ice. Daisy looked sad and lost in thought. Then she stood up and started to leave.
