Does Daisy Die In The Great Gatsby Novels & Stories

Daisy, with the last bit of energy left in her, fought with all her might, until she collapsed on the ground. Ella, seeing Daisy on the ground, immediately ran to her. All the officials and other colleagues also gather around her. When Ella sat on the floor, trying to wake her up. The chief ordered immediately, “Call the doctor.” It was only then, that Ella noticed Daisy is not breathing. She, with a trembling hands, checked her breathing and said with tears in her eyes, “She is no more.”

“All I need is his power! All I need is his empire! I'm going to take it all from him! Everything! And then, and only then, will I be satisfied.” Daisy didn't know why, but she was already in tears. She was crying for a woman she had never met, a woman who had died a brutal, senseless death. All because of another woman’s greed. “That woman did nothing to you,” Daisy sobbed. “She was your friend. She was so happy, yet you killed her! You killed her for what? Because you’re greedy for power?”

I turn my focus back to my food, but it turns out I have lost my appetite. The only person that fills up my whole thoughts right now is the little bitch that just passes me. All I can think of is ways of making her feel pain—the same pain Daisy felt before she died in that hospital. I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that Daisy is gone. She was just very healthy this morning when she called me asking for a thousand dollars for her sister, whom she wanted to help run away from home. I asked her why the little sassy princess wants to run away, but she says I am asking too many questions and she’ll tell me later on.

“Now, Daisy. I did not bring a shotgun to this damn wedding! There has got to be some kind of explanation for all of this.” “There is one all right!” Daisy shouted back. “Revenge! He’s gone and done it. Left me at the altar!” Tears rolled down her face as she clenched her hands into fists. “Daisy calm down!” someone shouted from the crowd. “DEAD!” she repeated like she only knew one word in all the world’s vocabulary. “Daisy!” Rand shouted from somewhere. She stilled as his voice cut through her shock and rage. “Where are you dead man?”

"We have to find her. Now." With determination, Daisy and the driver rushed out of the gas station, scanning the surroundings for any sign of Alisha. But the streets were empty, and there was no trace of her. As they searched, Daisy's mind raced with worry. She knew they were running out of time. ‘Why, my child? Why do you have to do this? Do you want to die so badly? What you're doing, it's not going to end well,’ Daisy thought, considering Alice's likely reaction and actions when he found out about the situation.

Kaiden: Daisy is sitting on the bed and reading a book she must have gotten from the library when I burst into the room. "Oh hi," she looks up from her page with a smile. Her eyes widen when she notices the gun clenched in my fist. Turning to the wall, I level the gun at where I think the camera is hidden. "What are you—" her words are cut off by the bang of the gun going off. I shoot again and again, my anger fueling me. Plaster rains to the ground.

Daisy replied, "You know me best. You helped me through tough times and find happiness. Why would I keep secrets from you? I should really thank you. Without you, I might still be sharing an identity with that despicable woman." The man, knowing what Daisy meant, changed the subject. "Did you hear the old woman from the Renee family got sick and died?" "When did that happen?" Daisy asked. The man replied, "Abigail brought her grandma's ashes to North Florivera today. I don't know when she died." Daisy said, "Good. Now, no one will know who I am." The man said, "You know, I feel bad for Leroy. He probably can't figure out why his wife, who said she loved him, left him and their daughter."

But surprisingly I’m fine, well except for the throbbing in my head. I rub my stomach to make sure Jake is fine, which he is. Then who did Daisy shoot? Did she miss on purpose? Slowly I crack one eye open, I gasp escaping my lips when I see Daisy’s limp form on the floor with Jenny bent over her. I feel nauseous, there’s so much blood and it’s making me dizzy. It’s when I raise my head completely that I see Charles standing over Daisy’s body, gun in hand. His entire face is swollen, and he has a split lip.

I chuckled coldly and whispered in her ear, "Sorry, but it's all thanks to your son killing me out at sea that I got a second chance at life." Daisy began laughing like a madwoman. "Ah, so that's how it is! No wonder you could switch the babies back! No wonder my son died! But if dying meant you could relive your life, then I'm going to die now, too! Haha!" With that, Daisy lunged for the wall, attempting to smash her head against the concrete. The doctor found out in time and just assumed that she'd gone crazy. He quickly gave her a sedative, and Daisy fell limply to the floor.

My gaze followed his to a simple gray headstone stood beneath an old oak tree. It was nothing extravagant and there was nothing that suggested the man buried beneath it had once been important. I stepped closer and my eyes fell on the band immediately. Victor. Seeing it sent a brief shock wave through me, but luckily, I recovered. My eyes drifted lower and then stopped at the date. A friend crosses my lips as I read it again, then the third time. "No..." The word slipped from my lips before I realized I'd spoken. He'd died years before Daisy's parents, several years. I stared at the engraved numbers, unable to look away. That wasn't possible, if Victor had already been dead, then he couldn't
