After The Storm.

Daisy replied in a confused tone Helen replied, bonking at Daisy’s head, “What are you talking about? Yesterday I asked you before coming here and you said a big yes. Now, why do you want to step back? Are you scared?” “Eh!!!! I only heard half of your words. I know that you will be the only one who is going to be a cheerleader. So I said yes,” Daisy immediately denied. Then after a little pause, she continued, “Alright. If you have enlisted my name then now go and ask to unlist it. In no way I will participate.”

Seducing My Ex's Father In Law

Seducing My Ex's Father In Law(Submitting to My Mate's Father-in-Law)

Daisy asked, her bottom lip jetting out in a pout. A low growl escaped my throat. “You are not a friend.” “That hurts,” she said, standing to her feet, her body swaying as she walked towards me. “And here I thought I meant something to you. After all, I do know your darkest secrets.” My body tensed as I watched her; her eyes glinting with mischief. “What is it you want, Daisy?” I asked through my teeth, not in the mood for her games. “Take me to dinner tonight,” she said, her tone though sweet, still held a bite to it. “That’s all I want… just one evening being dined by the great Gavin Landry.”

Great storyline, and great characters. you will become obsessed, addicted, and infatuated with this book. My only advice is to wait until the story is finished before reading.....we only get 2 chapters a day. We are starving for more and its like the author is just giving us scraps to stay alive lol

Submitting To The Bad Boy

Submitting To The Bad Boy

Paige said pushing my books aside gently and hopping on the bed. “Too busy making out and doing more that you forgot all about your homework?” Daisy teased me as she wriggled her eyebrows teasingly at me. “Shhh.” I said with my finger up to my lips, a smile escaped my lips. “What is that look?! Oh please, start spilling!” Daisy said pulling up a chair to get seated on. “So you could not wait until Monday morning?” I said rolling my eyes sarcastically. “We could not wait!” Paige confirmed. “Tell us, how did it go?” She wanted to know.

Dare To Love

Dare To Love

Lea was delighted to hear that and quickly introduced herself, "Thank you so much. I'm Lea. I apologize for being bold earlier, asking for your contact from my friend Amanda. She said you might be able to help with my issue. Oh, yes, this concerns the masquerade party last Saturday." The voice on the other end, supposedly Daisy according to Amanda, responded promptly, "Oh, Amanda's friend, right? Sure, what can I help you? I am one of the organizers of the event.” "That's right, Daisy. I was at the event. Can I find out information about another participant just based on the costume they wore?" Lea asked cautiously, unsure if her question might violate the organizers' confidentiality rules.

Truth or Dare

Truth or Dare

Dede left the place descending the staircase into the ground floor. "What are you two up to?" the gentleman asked. "Nothing," Jolie and Christina responded in unison. "Were you checking the curvy girl out, just now?" Eva asked the gentleman in a whisper but before he could answer Jolie's voice was heard "My turn," Jolie said almost screaming. "Mr Adams, truth or dare?" she said with a mischievous smile. Bryson raised his head and looked at Jolie smiling excitedly. "Dare," Bryson said.

@wtonga, I wrote this story, to encourage anyone going through suffering not to give up, because happy days comes. If you want to point out something out to an author, please void it of the insult. It doesn't speak well of you. How will you feel, if your boss only uses insults to correct you?

This author is masquerading abuse as romance and trying to cover it up with romance fantasy because there’s no reason for this woman to be this abuse in this book by everybody and then she just sits there and take it. Nobody has her back nothing I’m sorry this is some sick fantasy by this author

One Week Stand

One Week Stand

I’d rather do some homework than waste my time on other things. Daisy kept on following me, even if she still has a class and is now running late. “Aira please,” she pleaded again, this time in an even sadder tone. “Can’t you just grant me this, just this time? Please? You know, my crush will be there and I just want you to meet him, and maybe you can check him out for me?” I stopped from walking and she did too. Daisy looked at me with her pleading eyes. “And you really want me to check him out for you? Are you sure?”

Return with the Alpha's Secret Baby

Return with the Alpha's Secret Baby

I was afraid that Harrison would detect more clues from Daisy's answers, so I had to raise my voice and interrupt their conversation. Harrison squinted his eyes and cast a scrutinizing look at me. "What are you so nervous about?" "I... I just feel like these questions are unfair to Daisy!" I came up with a lame excuse in response. "Fair or unfair, it's not up to you." Harrison nodded and turned his gentle gaze toward Daisy, repeating in a soft tone, "Answer my last question, Daisy. Do you want a daddy?" "I..." Daisy hesitated, looking at me as if she had been infected by my nervousness. She answered softly, "I don't want one."

Frequently Asked Questions

I stumbled upon 'Daisy' quite by accident, and it turned out to be one of those books that lingers in your mind long after you've turned the last page. It's a hauntingly beautiful story about love, loss, and the fragile threads that connect us. The protagonist, Daisy, is this enigmatic artist who's grappling with her past while trying to carve out a future. The narrative weaves between her present struggles and flashbacks of a tragic romance that shaped her life. What really struck me was how the author uses art as a metaphor for healing—each painting Daisy creates feels like a step toward unraveling her own emotions.

The supporting characters are just as compelling, especially her estranged brother, whose own journey parallels hers in unexpected ways. There's a scene where they reunite in an abandoned studio, surrounded by half-finished canvases, that absolutely wrecked me. The book doesn’t shy away from messy emotions, and that’s what makes it so relatable. If you’ve ever felt like your past was a shadow you couldn’t outrun, 'Daisy' might resonate with you too.
