If I go deeper into this mess, things will only get worse. Am I really doing this again? I don’t know. But it feels like I’ve been here before. Like history’s starting to repeat itself. And this time, I’m not sure I’ll come out whole.

"What was it?" Clara told her. Not everything, but the framework: the Hollow, the loop, the mechanism that kept the story repeating.
