Sitting on the soft carpet on the floor, Exequiel let his back touch the ground. "Hah, that was wild." He laughed while catching his breath. On the other hand,. "Back off! " Joy was woken by the sound of shouting from a girl far away. Baby was already awakened, stood up, stretched his limbs, opened his mouth and licked the tip of his nose with his tongue. He was gently patting her left hand with his claw. Then he jumped up and ran into the direction where the noise came from. One of the dogs was a purebred Malinois, the kind the DOD started breeding after the last batch of German Shepherds aged out. The other was…something else. Not a wolf, not exactly, but the kind of animal you’d get if a werewolf spent ten years as a Navy SEAL and then decided to become a dog for tax reasons.

He was such a strong warrior, and he killed so fast and easy, not hesitating, even for a split second. The leader disappeared into the shadows of the forest, and Duncan ran after him with Gabriel and another black wolf I didn’t recognize. I looked around to see how our men were doing, and I saw Noah’s golden wolf nudging a smaller black one, who lay on the ground. “How is he?” I asked him as I trotted towards them. “Got a little beaten up, but he will be okay. He is one of the patrols,” he said, looking at me. “You okay?”

Chase grumbled with mild curiosity. "This is Chase. He is a German Shepherd puppy and the second member of the PAW Patrol." "Really?" His voice trailed off, clearly impressed. "Well, that's pretty nice.I have a dog, a real dog; his name is Ruru." "Woah! Really, Mr. Johnson?" "Yes." Tommy smiled, proud of his toy. "But mommy hates real dogs, but Chase here is a police and traffic cop dog and a super spy police dog." As they chatted, Amaya beat harder than ever. She tried to keep Tommy away from Chase, but the man kneeled down and took to her son like they were longtime buddies.

“Well done, Macholo. You’ve handled today well. Now, where’s the dog? I want to see this new... asset.” Macholo turned to the door, giving a sharp whistle. Another Mafia member entered, leading the Australian shepherd on a leash. The dog looked clean, with beautiful black, white, and tan fur. The Don stood, walking over to the dog, who didn’t flinch as he approached. “Beautiful,” The Don muttered. “This one will serve us well.” He looked back at Macholo. “You did good today. But remember; stay cautious. The more success we have, the more attention we attract.”

The little girls inquisitive nature had made her stop to investigate a noise she had heard, it was a deer caught in a fence, she had approached it fearlessly and carefully freed its entangled antlers. It should have been dangerous, the deer was much bigger than the little girl and one sweep of those powerful antlers would have ended her life but it had stilled the moment she spoke to it. Her soft voice calmed the creature as she explained what she was going to do to free him, her small hands working quickly to let him go smiling widelt and clapping her hands when he bounded off into the woods. When he had approached with his Patrollers she should have been terrified, four huge

He would hunt me down in whatever part of the world I disappeared to. I agreed to his conditions and I started working with him. Maria was very surprised that Dante was willing to let me work. On my first day, I met Geremia, who was Dante's cousin and head of security. "I finally meet Dante's little pet," he told me. "I am not his pet", I fired back at him. He chuckled in response and patted my head. "Little and fierce. He has always had a thing for fierce creatures" he replied. "What do you mean?" I asked curiously.

Then I saw his thin lips curl up from under his black mask. I gasped when he flipped me around, my back colliding with the closed door. He had hitched one of my legs up, his body pressing closer against mine. “Your body says otherwise, little lamb” Prince Darion whispered in my ear, his lips trailing my neck. Fuck! why did my own body betray me?
