She let go of the album as it hits the floor. "You said w-what? My twin... I am a twin?" she asked her mum as she looks at her in shock. "There was an accident when you were only a year and a month old, and we lost your brother". "No, no, it can't be" she cried as she wrapped her hands round herself.

Daisy asked as the names were new to her. “They're twins and geniuses! To be fair, they're even smarter than your kids, Daisy”. Dahlia announced, and thinking about Zeke and Zach strangely made her excited. “At least, they're adults, right?”. “They're 12 years old”. Dahlia simply replied to Daisy's question. “Gosh, kids nowadays. Where did they get their smart brains from?”. Daisy softly exclaimed after Dahlia replied to her question. “Don't worry sis, I'll make sure you meet with Zeke and Zach later”. Dahlia assured Daisy before she added, “As for now, we should get back to our important discussion. Who's Lucas, Alex?”.

There was nothing wrong with this man's wish because he didn't want Michelle to have a relationship at a very young age after all, which is only natural. He waved back, happy to see his best friend on the sideline. “Don’t worry, Tules, you haven't missed much,” Dillon said, elbowing her playfully in the ribs. She giggled. “Where are the twins?” Stella asked, glancing around. My heart dropped. “Oh crap,” I said. “Where ARE the twins?” I’d been so engrossed in Jordie’s game, that I’d almost forgotten about them. “They’re over there in the corner, remember? With Marilyn’s kids? Don’t worry. I got my eyes on them.” Dillon wrapped his arm around me and pulled me into his side. He kissed me on the top of my head.

That day Nicolai got quite close to the twins. The human one was named Kiran and the young vampire was named Elijah. They both were five summers old. Hunter and Issac were twelve and Darius and Nolan were fifteen. Raven was seventeen. Matt was the oldest among them, twenty years old. Dylan reached over and took the baby from me holding her against his chest. "She is so tiny." "She will not be for long. They grow too fast." I had learned that lesson already. Elena looked more like a teenager than a little girl. The twins were starting kindergarten in the fall. Even Ethan was growing out of his baby phase and becoming a toddler with opinions and preferences. We sat together in the quiet living room with Dylan holding Hope and me leaning on his shoulder.
