VERONICA I stood there, quite stunned and bewildered by the scene, gazing at the rather frightening doll for a considerable time. For many years, I've only seen such events depicted in films and television shows; however, at this moment, it feels as if I'm living within a horror film, and someone has sent me this doll. After some time, with a pounded heart, I cautiously approached the doll and gently lifted its box. The doll reminded me of the severely injured patients we often see in our emergency room, though without the pins in its eyes.

The moonlight painted an eerie scene around her, with distant howls of wolves echoing through the night. Feeling a growing unease, she quickly surveyed her surroundings and grabbed a nearby log for protection. The soft glow of the moon illuminated the garden as Hazel cautiously approached the fountain. The man, still in distress, pleaded for assistance. "Hello," she murmured, and carefully approached the injured figure. Turning his face, the man greeted her with a sinister smile, sending shivers down her spine. Shock drained the color from Hazel's face as she beheld the unexpected sight before her. A towering figure, not the man she anticipated but a menacing wolf, stood in front of her.

“Holy shit, you actually believe that folklore crap? Missing people? Probably just idiots who got lost or ran off with their side pieces.” Julie reached back and squeezed my knee, her touch lingering. “Relax, Doris. We’re four strong, healthy young adults. Nothing’s going to happen. We’ll look out for each other. Besides…” She leaned closer, breath warm against my ear. “It’s more exciting this way, don’t you think? She said winking at me. "Yeah? What should we do?" I asked. "We hide and... oh shoot! She's here. Quick go hide." She said and like that she was not in front of me anymore. I immediately moved to hide in the broom closet right behind the door. Dolores came in humming some tune as she carries a blood-dripping hyena into the room. I jumped out and shouted "Boo!" surprisingly the same time Elena said hers. Dolores was scared and threw the Hyena to the ground before screaming in surprise.
