Zoe's POV: I'm Zeo Lupine, a freshman student at Ryard University of San Diego. Short and robust with pretty face. I walked into the school's gigantic library for the first time and I was marveled by the sight the loomed before me. The library , a magnificent space with towering shelves of books, soft reading nooks, and large oak tables, bathed in the gentle glow of reading lamps that cast a warm, inviting atmosphere. I took my seat in a secluded corner, surrounded by rows of ancient books, each whispering its own story. The library had always been a sanctuary for me, a place where I could lose myself in the world of words.

' I whispered in frustration. But soon idea form in my mind and without wasting a second I pull out my phone from my jeans pocket, and click some pictures before erasing that message from the wall so, nobody can see and especially if someone is spying so it's better to be aware. I teleport myself to the north wing towards the royal library, the only place where you can find all the weird and ancient stuff. I enter in the library which is always empty as one or two people come here if they were searching for something old and antique books and information but still, it is in good shape.

It's dead silent. "What's so interesting about Alpha Reddox?" I mutter. The library was located at the corner of the building, making it quite peaceful. Not a lot of students would go search for books anymore. We always rely on the internet. The students only come here to hack the school system, or for social media. "I'll search the internet. Benny, go help Charll." When Axel says that Benny has to help me, he means, 'Give Charll the books and she'll be on it', which makes no sense to why Benny has to come with us. I think it's for entertainment.

If that's the norm, I won't care if I'm included or not. I just went to the library to read a book about Eleftheria. Maybe there is information there about the volcano. I will just pour out my anger and annoyance there. I am being immature and I don't understand myself either. The Palace library is spacious. Even if I spend a year reading it I won't finish all the books. Fortunately, it's easy to find what you need to read here because there are names. I went to the row where there were books about different parts of Valeria. I saw there a book about Samona, Caracass, Avalone, and Valencia. There was also a book about monsters in the Valeria forest and Eleftheria caught my eye.

“Show me the map again.” I struggled to pull it out of my carry-on bag without waking up the elderly women to my right. I’d drawn a big red circle around the building we needed to find, and I pointed to it once I’d flattened it somewhat on my lap. “I guess she’ll be here.” “It seems strange that he wants you to go to a library, doesn’t it? He could have at least told me he was going out. We have to seriously come to a mutual agreement on certain things. I idly wander the second floor before I eventually stumble upon the library. Rows upon rows of books litter various selves all over the room. This would actually turn out to be my favorite place—it and the kitchen. I take a seat on a nearby couch next to an end table. Switching on the small lamp I lean back and open the box. On top, a white card was written in immaculate handwriting: Don't you dare return them.

Tall wooden shelves lined the walls, filled with countless books that whispered secrets of the past and promises of the future. The soft hum of the air conditioning and the occasional rustle of pages turning created a soothing atmosphere. Students were scattered throughout the library, some hunched over their computers, others buried in textbooks, all lost in their own worlds of study and contemplation.

My mom hasn't even texted me this forever. Keiko looked at me "where are you going?" "I want to go to the library near here, I have some work to do. As well as to find references for my job resume!"
