I hope that you enjoyed this story. This was one of the first full novels that I wrote. If you have you will also enjoy Across the Desk and the triology that it sparked. it is a dark romance story in which a young woman, Deanna, finds her true love and they forge a bond that not even her insane family can break. The second in the story is Weathering the Storm where their story continues. Then breaking the Eye Wall which they finally find the end of their nightmare together. WEathering the storm is already on goodnovel and Breaking the eye wall will be released in November of 2020.

As they kissed, Celess felt a sense of danger and excitement that she had never felt before, as if she was being drawn into a world of darkness and desire that she couldn't resist. As they parted, Steve looked at her, his eyes filled with a hunger that she knew she couldn't resist. "Come with me, Celess," he said. "Let me show you a world that you never knew existed."Celess felt a thrill of excitement run through her as she took Steve's hand, allowing him to lead her deeper into the darkness. She knew that she was taking a risk, that she was putting herself in danger, but she couldn't bring herself to turn back.

Grave Groaning, I pulled the blonde closer, thrusting harder while she moaned beneath me, nails dragging down my chest. Her legs trembled around my waist, but it wasn’t enough. None of it was enough. Pinky blinked, her eyes widening as she read on. The handwriting was feminine, secretive, as if the writer were sharing her most guarded thoughts with only the pages. It was a confession. A revelation. As she began to read.

I help her lift it up, and that is when we see the book that is just sitting there in the sand. I hear Nova's breathing seize. “What's that?” She asks, her voice barely above a whisper. I look around one more time, making sure that we aren't being watched, as I pull the book out of the sand, dusting off the cover. There isn't a name. As I open the book and flip through the pages, they are slightly damp, with almost all the pages empty. I get to the middle, and that is when I see the first drop of ink in the book. The handwriting is more or less scribbling, but I can clearly read everything.

Father of the fucking year, Cross. Palms sweaty, I dial her cell and ease off the shelf, hoping to hell that her phone isn’t dead as I make my way to the door. She picks on the first ring. “Jesus Christ, Cassian, I’ve been trying to reach you!” “I’m sorry. I—” “Did you see the news? They’re saying that you kidnapped Nina!” “And what are YOU saying?” I hear her scoff. “You don’t need to kidnap anyone to make them fall in love with you. You’re a Cross. It’s kind of a special skill with your bloodline.”

Now, all at once, it hit me that everything I had given over the years had been nothing more than a one-sided effort. I was just about to book a flight when I realized I had forgotten my ID and passport, so I had no choice but to return home. The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a mess all over the floor. Leftover snacks were scattered everywhere, along with half-finished dishes left behind. Right by the bedroom door lay something impossible to miss—a box of levonorgestrel pills and a piece of wine-red lingerie. Willow had never liked being physically intimate with me. Even Naomi's existence had come from a drunken incident.
