Mathin parried. And suddenly Scy was there, a katana-like energy blade weaving like St. Elmo’s fire, interfering with the monster’s blade and luring it away while Mathin freed himself. Balanced on one foot, Mathin withdrew his own gun and stood ready to aid should Scy need it.

Scarlett's excitement was slipping through her voice as she spoke. She took out a knife from the shelf and held it in front of Evelyn. "This is a bowie knife, very sharp and fancy. I've always liked this," Scarlett explained before giving it to the omega. Evelyn stared at the knife and slowly ran her fingers and on the blade, being conscious of not hurting herself. The blade was shiny and it was double-edged at the point. "Next up is a push dagger," A small blade with a 'T'-style handle was held in front of the omega.

Both are trimmed with gold, and both are etched with the lunar phases on one side of the blade. The only difference – is their handles. One woven in white the other black. The supposed twin swords of Skoll and Hati. The sons of Fenrir. The balance in both blades was perfect, as I tested them out, rotating my wrist and twirling the blades. The sun catching the finely sharpened edges.

It hummed with lethal intent. Zyler’s momentary fear melted into a wide, twisted grin. His chest heaved with excitement as he flicked his right arm, and the tendrils writhed violently, twisting and condensing into the shape of a grotesque, fleshy sword—black, pulsing, and jagged like a spine ripped from a monster. With a delighted chuckle, he flicked his other arm, and the tendrils formed into a massive axe, misshapen and uneven, oozing a faint black mist.

Drawing a blank she began to doodle. Her mind wandered as she worked, her hands bending to it’s will. Before she knew it she had filled a page with two hands, each revealing a scar. Doodles that she couldn’t remember drawing. One hand was hers, a carbon copy of her crescent moon with half moons on each side. She touched her scar as she compared her drawing to it, her hand tingled as she did. Akasha sighed within her. The other hand also contained a scar, that one being a crescent moon. She’d never seen another witch with a scar like hers and wondered whose hand it could be and why she’d been drawn to sketch it.

Tessa’s POV/ Jessica’s POV “Jess!” Tyrone shouted a few feet back before he shifted into his giant white wolf. Tearing and clawing every rogue coming his way. He landed on his paws and looked at me with worry, but I simply smirked at him. “Worry much?” I arrogantly said before I pulled two scimitars from my back and went into a fighting stance without an ounce of panic. My scimitars were basically swords with curved blades, but they were customized. The sharp side of their blades was made of silver, and their end had an arrow-like point to penetrate the enemy.

“Of course, you guys keep watch, when we get back, I swear I’ll take a day off to go to the falls together.” “We got it Alpha...” They said and afterward, they whisper in a low tone, “Be careful dad.” I give a nod of assent, jump and transform, starting to run to get to Sky as soon as possible. “My wife is overly wooed.” Nicolette POV Silver and I haven’t moved an inch, but as soon as the wind around us stops, we start charging. Silver also created two long swords with black blades and a skull for the hilt. When the swords come into contact, an annoying sound is created and a shockwave makes the trees bend in the opposite direction to ours.

Then I grabbed my sheath for my waist and inserted my seven inch parkerized blade. “Holy Moon Goddess! You look like you are going to war.” Rory squealed. I laughed at her energy. I look over at Aiden who is looking at me with some emotion I cannot name. The last thing I grab is my Kukri Machete. It’s eight inches long and completely black. There is only a thin silver lining along the edge. It’s great for combat, but I am going to slice through some of the targets. “Okay, I’m ready.”
