Warriors, council leaders, diplomats, and foreign envoys filled the chamber beneath the high vaulted ceiling. At the far end of the hall stood the royal platform. Three thrones had been placed there. The central throne remained the largest, carved from dark stone and decorated with the ancient crest of Montenegro. Two additional thrones stood beside it, equal in height and design though slightly different in style. The hall fell silent the moment Raya, Derek, and Jax stepped inside. VI The throne room was empty that day, nobody entered, and nobody exits. Lord Iritain and Lord Gertan looked at the throne, an uncomfortable wooden chair. That chair was used as a throne for three generations. There must be secret to why it is used. “I still don't get it, why they use this chair?” Lord Iritain looked at the arm rests, they were ordinary arm rests.
