My Ex Husband's Biggest Regret

My Ex Husband's Biggest Regret

It was grounded and familiar. "Should we mention the first marriage?" he asked, the pen hovering over the paper. "No," I said firmly. He looked up, his dark eyes searching mine. "No?" "We're not announcing a reconciliation, Roman. We’re announcing something new. This isn't Chapter Two of the old book. It’s the first page of a different one." He let out a long breath and nodded. "I like that. Four sentences, then?" "Four sentences." It took us exactly twenty minutes. We got stuck on a single word in the third sentence, resolved it in three exchanges, and finished the draft. It was a perfect preview of forever.

My Ex Husband’s Biggest Regret is pure fire! Sera’s quiet rise and Roman’s growing regret had me glued. Emotional, satisfying, and addictive. One of the best second-chance stories on GoodNovel right now. Read

This novel pulls you in fast. Sera’s quiet strength and Roman’s growing regret after the divorce feel raw and real. The slow realization of what he lost, mixed with her hidden family power, builds nice tension. Emotional and addictive from the start. Great second-chance vibe.

DAWN

DAWN

" I said then got up to serve a customer who just arrived. Peter left the bar to go watch a football match at the London cinema. There were few customers in the bar and I was tired of studying. Registration for the Senior Secondary School Examination I missed will commence in a month. From the cookies I have been selling at the bar, I was able to raise a quarter of the money. My mother would complete the rest and God knows I have been praying we have enough. I took out a pen from my notebook and resolved to writing. The parcel Dr. Amrah gave me as a birthday gift was a large Diary of almost a thousand pages and a dozen pen. I knew what it meant. She wanted me to keep writing. I brought the d

Contracted to the Alpha Who Rejected Me

Contracted to the Alpha Who Rejected Me

“Stonehollow is useful without being complicated. If the terms are clean, there is no reason to refuse.” I considered the practical angles. “I’ll draft a preliminary framework. Limited duration. Clear quantities. No open-ended obligations. If they accept the frame, we proceed. If they push for broader terms, we decline.” Kael nodded once. “Do it. I’ll review before it goes out.” The draft took most of the morning. The language stayed precise and free of excess courtesy. When I finished, Kael read it, made one minor adjustment to the delivery schedule, and approved it for seal. Rylan dispatched it before midday.

What I really like is the amount of emotional tension surrounding the main characters. The rejection isn't treated as something that can simply be forgotten, which gives the relationship more conflict and makes their interactions more interesting.
Mira Livelle
I like that Selene isn’t portrayed as helpless despite everything she’s facing. She has reasons for the choices she makes, and watching her deal with Kael again while carrying so much responsibility makes her character easy to connect with.

My Husband Sold Me to His Blind Billionaire Uncle

My Husband Sold Me to His Blind Billionaire Uncle

A folder labeled in Edmund's handwriting: Section 12 — working versions (do not discard). Seven drafts. The principle of direct relationships appearing in draft two. Dated fourteen months before the final founding document. Three years before Wren joined Vale Corp. The principle predated the formal document by over a year. Mallow's three remaining points evaporated. I called Thomas at nine fifty-two. "Draft two," I said. "Fourteen months before the final document. Three years before Wren." Thomas was quiet for a moment. "Send it," he said. I photographed the draft and sent it.

Reject Me, Alpha Tate

Reject Me, Alpha Tate

Tate's POV I balled up the paper in my hand, held it over the metal bin beside my desk, and dropped it. It hit the bottom with a quiet thud, joining the two crumpled sheets I had already thrown away. I leaned back in my chair, rubbed the back of my neck, and looked at the clean page sitting on the wood in front of me. Three drafts, and every single one of them was wrong. The first draft included the entire South River council chamber, formal robes, and a public declaration before half the pack. It was the grand spectacle expected of an Alpha claiming his mate, backed by generations of rigid tradition.

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

"The rough is what lasts. It's the part they couldn't change." With the layout approved and the foundation set Elena knew the next day would bring the drafting of Chapter One. There were no ghosts in the archives, no more contracts to outrun and no more pseudonyms to hide behind. The raw material was finally in her hands. She had all the time she needed to shape it.

where an action could happen before its cause, or a gear could turn without a tooth. The "Drafts" saw the arrival of the "New-Gospels" as an "Existential-Correction" that they did not want. They preferred their "Chaotic-Incompletion" to the Union’s "Rigid-Structure." This triggered the War for the External-Drafts. It was a conflict of "Standardization" versus "Entropy." The "Drafts" attacked by "Bleeding-Incoherence" into the Union’s trade routes, attempting to "Un-Write" the physical reality of the "Grand-Conveyance."

The Luna Reborn: Surviving As The FL In A Werewolf Romance

It was pulsing. "That's not fog," I whispered, a cold dread settling in my gut. "That’s 'The Draught.'" "The what?" Kieran asked, his hand going to the hilt of his blade. "It was a discarded concept," I said, my mind racing through the thousands of forum posts I’d read about Author 456’s deleted drafts. "In the early versions of the lore, if a world became 'unstable'—if the lead characters stopped following the plot—the Author would send in the Draught. It’s a narrative erasure. It doesn't kill people; it just... un-exists them. It turns them back into white space."

Nice fake story, keep it simple for everyone to remember. “Then the kings warriors came streaming in and saying we were under arrest for kidnapping and attempted murder but no one knew what was going on, the only violence from my people were the innocent ones trying to defend themselves from government brutality.” The vulture nodded his head on solidarity. It was all such a wonderful performance. “Were you afraid of Princess Noraveena?” the vulture asked. “Terrified!” claimed Max “She was screaming and controlling fire and saying that she was going to make sure we went away so her brothers wouldn’t reject her too and she was never going back to the asylum.”

Married a Secret Billionaire

"That's right. Judging by the dates, the draft existed first, while Delilah's work only came later. The outline is the same. Even the name is similar! Unless the draft is made up, Delilah will definitely be accused of plagiarism!" "Jeez!" someone exclaimed, "I heard her case is about her abandoning Mr. Newhouses's biological daughter… And now she has committed plagiarism! What else do we not know about her?" The place soon fell into chaos. All the journalists wanted to fight for the first-hand news.

I've only read two books on this app. This is the second and by far the best one. The storylines are fluid, the characters are endowed with personality and most importantly the writer makes them come together seamlessly. Ideally, this is what the experience should be, uncomplicated and enjoyable.

I like the story. However, the cost is high for books on here and they are never ending. Not that the chapters are long, but it is almost the same outlying as the other books from this author. Sometimes it takes a moment to see what characters they have actively engaged in that chapter.
