The Hated Mate (Lycan and his Lover Book 2)

The Hated Mate (Lycan and his Lover Book 2)

“The Moon Goddess told me so. I see things other people don’t. Our meeting was destined. Your capture was fated too. Your mate will come here and one of you will die. There’s no stopping it.” Anna’s blood goes cold. One of them…will die? But the prophecy said Anna will kill the Gods! She will awaken the Dragon, right? “The prophecy,” she begins. “The prophecy said that I will raise the Dragon of the Wind and kill the Gods! I know it. I know what I heard!”

A wonderful companion to it’s predecesor. The story is a fantasy dark romance but in a good way. It’s done so well even Shakespeare would approve lol it’s full of hate love and adventure. Watch out Lord of the rings you have competition with this wonderful writer.

The Hunt For Freedom

The Hunt For Freedom

“Today is for mourning, for healing. Tomorrow is for celebrating. We have beaten the threat from the north. The prophecies have been fulfilled and now the ending can be written.” Small smiles could be seen around the room. The magnitude of what they had accomplished was still so new. Most here had heard of the prophecies, but never actually seen them. Dakari turned to address her and the room. “While I was in the dragon’s lair, I learned that there are more prophecies than we have here. From what I could understand, these ancient words affect us, and so many more. I could only catch glimpses, but I fear whatever is in them is what causes the weredragons to want to eradicate us.”

The Rise of the Frost Dragons (Blue Triangle Series #2)

The Rise of the Frost Dragons (Blue Triangle Series #2)

“I assume you are Gondra.” “The Ascendant of Nagadras and the God of Nagas,” the dragon replied. “Gondra is the Messenger of the Ocean Deity. The Keeper of Secrets and History.” Tristan pursed his lips, not wanting to ask about it. “I will listen to what you have to say.” The glowing eyes of the serpent blinked. “The Age of Dragons had been erased ever since humanity continued to arise and dominate the world.” He opened his mouth, and in his throat glowed blue light, then he breathed out a mist that covered Tristan’s vision.

DARK REIGN: The Omega They Can't Tame

DARK REIGN: The Omega They Can't Tame

He had tried to negotiate with a god and had been summarily dismissed, his offering of blood and rank ignored as though it were a child’s trinket. Draven, ever the most emotional of the three, looked at me with a desperate, pleading expression. "Selene, we can't let this happen. We can't let you go to him." His words were filled with a raw fear that tore at my heart. He saw the prophecy as a physical threat, a kidnapping waiting to happen.

The Omega's Redemption.

The Omega's Redemption.

"You believe I requested this?" Draven remained unflinching. "Being and wanting are not the same thing." "She has done nothing to warrant this accusation," my wolf snarled inside my head. Draven's eyes become stony. "You are aware that is false." I stepped forward menacingly. "Explain." My hands crossed over my chest. Draven refused to give up. He remarked, "There is an old prophecy." "A prophecy about the last Lunar Queen. One who will either bring peace or destruction."

PROPHECY OF THE MOON

PROPHECY OF THE MOON

I sat at the edge, arms crossed as I stared at nothing in particular. "You’re distracted," Gideon remarked, stepping closer. "Your father gives you one order, and suddenly you’re lost in your thoughts." I clenched my jaw. "I’m fine." Gideon chuckled. "You know, your father isn’t wrong. That girl—Luna—she’s nothing but trouble. You think it’s a coincidence the Revenants are after her?" I turned to glare at him. "Maybe she’s a victim in all of this." He scoffed. "Or maybe she’s the reason it’s all happening. The prophecy speaks of a child of dusk and moonlight, doesn’t it? You ever stop to think she might be the key to bringing the Revenants back?"

Contract Marriage To The Alpha King

Contract Marriage To The Alpha King

But she didn’t stop. She never stopped. The Prophecy She lifted her hand and the fragment on the desk—those knotted runes—lit like a heartbeat. “One thousand years ago,” she murmured, “a storm ripped through the Veil, splitting the worlds. A creature crawled out of that tear—half sky, half shadow, and shaped like a wolf carved from lightning.” My wolf pushed against my ribs. Hard. Damian spoke through clenched teeth. “That prophecy was sealed. Forbidden.” “Everything forbidden eventually comes home,” she replied sweetly.

The Luna Prophecy

The Luna Prophecy

It made him able to claim me as his without anyone questioning him. However, it also made me run away and run straight into Orion's arms. Would we have met without the prophecy? I’d like to believe we would have met anyway, but I can’t be sure. Most of the prophecies the seer or her little girl made are simple ones. Alpha Ethan’s prophecy had to do with choosing one or the other—in his case, his sons. Jordan’s prophecy about losing everything. Hearing that may have made things worse. There is no telling what the impact of our prophecies was exactly.

I love this book as it is not only well written, but it also deals with subjects like domestic violence, and understandably this can be triggering I have found that it has been nothing but cathartic! Naomi D is a fantastic writer and I have enjoyed reading all of her books especially this one,
Jacquie

A Prophecy of Crowns and Harmony

A Prophecy of Crowns and Harmony

“The prophecy that foretold the King’s downfall, and of the true heir’s rise to the throne.” “Tell it to me,” I demanded. “The King, he commanded us—” “TELL ME,” I repeated, rolling off as much power as I could to override Tobias’s command on the Beta. He quoted the prophecy to me immediately, “‘It will begin with a stolen crown A worthy scion Nature and Moon Forbidden but inevitable Forever bringing harmony The chains of the past will threaten But the light will sunder them And turn them to dust.’” My mind was reeling with all the information he had just given me. A prophecy? A curse?

Such a wonderful book! I loved all of the characters, and that the author had POV for most of the main characters. The storyline was great, with twists I didn't see coming. I can't wait to read her other books!

The Villain's Hero

The Villain's Hero

“The one here, and the one in Nerith.” “Both times, with dragons in the air, and knights at my side, Daethie, neither time was I alone. But let me continue,” she said with dragon stubbornness. “If the first three lines are one prophecy, then the other two are another. If the lamb chosen is wrong, love’s sacrifice will not be strong. The prophet knew.” She met my eyes. “That I would be dying and that you would choose to save me.”
