I frowned and moved to the next mirror. Once again, it started as a distorted version of myself. This time I was in the Scream painting. But as the image melted away, I saw August. He was lying, barely breathing, with silver chains ripping into his skin, staining his light gray and white fur red with his blood. All the light in his golden eyes was fading.

Instead, they held a cold and eerie glimmer, an unsettling shade that sent shivers down his spine. Fear coursed through Darren's veins like a chilling current, freezing him in place. His mind raced, trying to comprehend the implications of this inexplicable transformation. He knew, deep down, that it wasn't a mere coincidence or a trick of the light. Someone, or something, had tampered with Lucy's essence, altering her very being.

Every fiber of her being screamed that something was coming—something terrible—and she couldn’t shake the feeling that it was somehow tied to her. That night, as the village settled into uneasy silence, Elena’s dreams were far from peaceful. She tossed and turned in her bed, the weight of her visions pressing down on her chest. In the dream, she was standing in a darkened room, the air thick with power. A figure loomed in the shadows, its face hidden beneath a hood, but Elena knew instinctively who it was. The eyes—glowing, like the Core—pierced through the darkness, and a voice echoed in her mind.

As the cart finally lurched to a stop, Scar peered out the window to see nothing but darkness. Even her witch senses did nothing to help her here; she saw textured rock around her, but nothing else. Her nose picked up the musty scent of the earth and ancient dust. Damon jumped down and came around to help her out, his grip on her arm tight as he led her into the inky blackness. "I can't see anything," she whispered, feeling as if she were walking into her own grave.

I tug on his arm desperately trying to get him to stay. “Stop. I have to leave, now let go.” He yanks my hand from his arm and walks out of the room. I sit down in my desk chair and stare out the window. Still feeling scared, I grab my blanket and wrap it around me, but something gets my attention. Scanning the surrounding area, I notice something off. It feels like the darkness seems more intense than it usually is. Maybe it’s because it is Halloween.

They were readying themselves for the battle of their lives, and no one was willing to back down. (Evelyn’s POV) The room was silent, a soft glow of moonlight streaming through the window. I lay peacefully in the bed, my breathing steady and slow. But in the depths of my subconscious, a sense of unease crept in, pulling me into a dark and unsettling dream. Suddenly, I felt a cold presence near me. My eyes fluttered open, and my heart dropped. Standing mere inches from me was Daimon, his face twisted into a sinister grin. His eyes glowed an eerie red, and the air around him seemed to ripple with malevolent energy.

Placing one elbow on railing she directly look up at moon. It's her almost daily routine . Whenever she sleep early this happen she wake up at mid night hyperventilating because of those nightmares. Her biggest fear of life. She never tell this to anyone not lilly not even her mom know. Why? She had not idea. Whatever she is seeing is just out of her head. The persons, that screams, and that golden brown eyes. Even the thought of it bought goosebumps on her body. Who are they she don't know?

My breathing was shallow and my steps were light, so I heard them. Two voices came from a room at the end of the hallway, urgent yet quiet. I crept closer, pressing myself into the darkness. "...he will survive this," Cruella growled. "He won't," said another, scathingly assured. "No one lives through the Dreadmoor." My blood turned to ice. The Dreadmoor? My heart thumped as I edged closer. Cruella spoke again, "What do you think will happen if he doesn't return? The pack will not—"

And as I predicted, I could feel the heat, the warmth generated from both of our bodies. The next sound I heard was the soft sound of her sighing, indicating that she was about to fall asleep. "Tell me something, Ava," I whispered, gently rubbing her back. "Why are you scared of darkness?" She yawned, her sleepy brown eyes meeting mine. "I was almost assaulted in the dark," she confessed, her words causing my heart to ache. "Whenever I'm in the dark, I feel like someone is going to grab me and try it all over again. It happened when I was just thirteen." Her sleepiness faded as she recounted the horrifying experience. "I was scared, so scared, Damon." A tear slipped from her eyes, and I wipe

In 1983 a Mrs Carson of New York was laid out in our coffin, presumed dead of hear disease. As mourners watched, she suddenly sat up, alive as you or I.
