I didn't think such a book would contain something powerful than I thought. According to the ancient wisdom in the book, 'if a cherished deceased wolf is bathed under the moonlight with the blood of her parents, a miraculous resurrection will unfold.' That ends the paragraph. My eyes opened and I understood to some extent how that could be of use. Since the blood can bring about resurrection, 'What will happen to the person that his/her blo od is extracted?' I couldn't really answer that question. I am more than confused at this point.

I mumbled. He turned around and looked at her legs, touching them. Xavier did his best to control himself. "She was bit by a forsaken," Lucas announces, pointing to a mark on her thigh. I look at it and it was indeed a forsaken bite. Their bites are extremely venomous and can kill even adult wolves in a matter of minutes, even alphas. You can tell the difference between the bites in human form because the skin started to decay. My heart drops. Forsaken wounds were impossible to cure, even if you were an alpha or alpha heir. Only the Moon Goddess herself could save you if you had been bitten or scratched deep enough. "She probably won't last any longer than a few hours. Who is she?"

I was more than touched. I waited till they'd shut the door, before opening the journal. The first sight that greeted me was another image of Paria. She looked slightly younger here and did not have that ferocious expression on her face. I turned over to the next page and it seemed someone had cut out some parts of that page. Even though my instincts told me that it was the mark of the star spell. Allegedly from what I was reading from Caden's grandfather's journal, it seemed Paria had been the last of the non-tainted bloodlines.

ALPHA GREY Just when I was starting to think myself free, with the end of the Blood Moon's month coming closer by the day, then the worst happened... I could already feel the effects of the curse as it diminished my strength and made me weaker in a punishment I knew was for my murder of the Swynford boys. It made me want to ask the goddess if she was not already sympathetic with me over my grief after knowing that I had killed my own descendants. She chose to punish me, and to do it by making sure that the month of the Blood Moon would be absolute hell for me. Just like now.
