CHAPTER 11: Ruby has been having a nightmare-of falling in love in her dreams. She hate all this whenever she found herself hugging and kissing with her enemy in the dreams. She only sees all this as a fake life. Some believe dream were just a drama which can't be true. So she believes the same at this moment.

“But I’m falling for you anyway.” Panni froze. She felt her breath stop, her blood freeze, her heart slam painfully against her ribs. Jinyan realized what he’d said—but didn’t take it back. He stepped closer. “I am,” he whispered. “And it’s terrifying. Because every time I reach for you, you step away.” Panni’s tears spilled again. “Jinyan… stop…” “No,” he said fiercely. “I won’t pretend I don’t feel it. Not anymore.” He cupped her face gently. “Tell me what scares you more—me loving you, or you loving me back?”

Arianna POV. I'm going crazy, definitely crazy, I dream about this guy, I see him in my sleep, all the time but that's not the biggest problem, the problem is I'm falling for him. Maybe I'm just so love deprived, I decided to fall in love with the first person I felt connected to, even if this person was only an imaginary one.

And l winced at the sound of her sharp voice. “Girl can’t you see? Dylan is the unpleasant dream that you need to wake up from”, Astrid half yelled. “From what you just told me, it’s clear that he never loved you. People don’t cheat on the people they love. It’s over between you two, why can’t you see that?”. “Astrid l know”, I replied. Tears starting to sting the corners of my eyes. “It’s just that when you’ve spent so much time loving someone. It’s hard to feel anything else except love for them”, I cried.

The feeling of loneliness and heartache was overwhelming, and I felt like I was drowning in an ocean of despair. In my dream, I realized that sometimes, the pursuit of love can lead to a nightmare of loneliness. She finally fell asleep amidst dreams of her past with Blake. The next morning, Ella woke up much earlier than usual. He seemed to be fading. “I’ll see you again, Jennah.” The buzzing grew louder. Jennah opened her eyes. Her alarm clock was going off. She reached over and slapped a hand on the snooze button and then focused to make sure she was in her room. She blew out a breath and tried to shake the fog from her mind. That explained a few things. The dream was so real, but not at the same time. Too bad, really. That man, Dominic, her mind had invented was quite nice to look at. No more chocolate caramel popcorn for you before bed, she thought as she slowly sat up.

Sir Migs nodded, understanding. At that moment, I realized something about love. Love is an adventure—an endless journey of conversations, shared silences, and something more physical, all of it overwhelming sometimes. It can be intoxicating, like floating inside a dream.
