Iridian

Iridian

Out of the two siblings it was Alexandria that smiled coyly, “She said you’d like that. They’re spelled for two trips. One here and one back. Well, everyone else’s is…yours is spelled for one.” Dain’s smile was nothing short of predatory, “…that’s alright, we’ll find our own way out.” “Good luck with that.” She chuckled low in her throat, her rich brown eyes twinkling with malice. Looking between the four of us she asked, “…call me curious, but what’s the real identity of the little trickster I caught?” “My warrior, Cain.” Dain’s eyes darkened and shadow gathered in the corners of the room, both of which Alexandria paid no attention to. “I’d appreciate him back.”

Such a well written book and the story really drags you in, I’ve enjoyed reading this so much and hope a sequel comes out. I really feel this book should be printed, I’d read it over and over again. The book is long but it’s well worth it.
Therese Dahlqvist
The author has a fantastic ability to keep me on the edge of my seat and a great ability to describe the scenery around the characters. I find the characters to be mostly well defined and consistent throughout the book. There are some typos and incorrect grammar, but not enough to disturb me complet

The Lycans' Broken Luna

The Lycans' Broken Luna

But Myrna didn't see any lies at all. “The Tree Fairies or The Dryads, are the guardians of the forest. They are also usually called, the spirit of the tree. They live side by side with nature and even unite with it. They have the power to balance the growth of natural ecosystems and also maintain their diversity. Dryads are generally shaped like plants or trees that are chosen by their fairy soul. But they also have human forms. Usually, it has plants or flowers growing within them…. That's what I read." Lilly recalled what she had read in the library. "Only that?" Myrna asked and Lilly nodded.

asked Johan with a frown on his face. “You see, Dryads are connected to their trees,” Xander explained. “If the tree dies, then they will follow soon after.” “Follow where?” Johan asked once more. The others didn’t have time to reply as Eirian’s soft laughter filled their ears. “What an i* - innocent kid!” she told the young fire mage. “No wonder Dorin chose you to be his friend!” “I still don’t get it!” Johan frowned. [We’ll explain later.] wrote Seb on his slate.

MATES FOR THE SINGLE MOM LUNA

she added with a smile. Dale protested. "Hey! She’s mine!" "Hmph! I’m just trying to protect this lovely lady from people like you," she said, introducing herself. "My name is Khan." I bowed politely. "I’m Cassie." Khan’s skin suddenly transformed from human to that of a youthful woman adorned with branches, leaves, and flowers, creating a spectacular, natural outfit. "Are you a Dryad?" I whispered in awe. Dryads were legendary forest creatures, few in number but immensely powerful. They held territory and were not to be trifled with, though their numbers were dwindling due to human deforestation.

I ask ready to murder if he has always had this skill. "From the nymphs." He takes a sip and taking one look at my clueless face he explains. "They are female deities associated with nature and the one who gave me these was a dryad, a forest nymph. They live up in the trees and are extremely timid so they do not usually come out freely in public." "So they are like fairies?" I imagine a small girl in green with beautiful wings shyly pass Will the drinks and instantly fly off as he says his thanks.

Uisdean grinned, finally taking his disturbing eyes off me to look over at Dylan. "You have a spy in Gentry?" Dylan lifted his brows. "Middle management." Uisdean laughed. "It's always those in the middle who want to advance by any means possible." "Who?" Dylan frowned. "I personally vetted all of our employees." "Adam Driscol is his human name." Uisdean gave a little frown. "I can't remember his fairy name for the life of him. "The phrase is for the life of me," Dylan corrected with a little laugh.

Moran has also gone to meet his mate, Alpha Maia. Fionna raises her eyebrows. “What with dryads? Aren’t they tree spirits that keep to themselves? When did we begin to deal with them?” “We don’t but recently FeiYu reported that a few trees near the barrier, the barrier in the back mountains have withered, without a cause. The dryads have always been helpful so I want to be cautious. The withering of those trees is unnatural as well. They have blackened and almost turned to ashes.” Fionna’s eyes go wide.

A living net of serpentine vines writhed below, dragging bodies into the earth. “Where am I?!” Dryad shouted. His voice cracked like splintered glass. “Who brought me here?!” Sniffia’s mother, nearly buried, raised her chin. “We didn’t summon you, boy. You came of your own will. Release us. Now.” Dryad’s shield trembled. “Lies! I was imprisoned! Suspended in liquid! A glass coffin—I remember trees above me… but too tall. Too loud!” Luna, half-buried, exhaled. “You vanished, Dryad. Right after your kind discovered who created the Creepers… you simply disappeared. Which means—someone broke you out. You escaped.”
