His Hidden Game

He had seen their staring too. “Oh—no, no, we’re just curious,” Claire said quickly, still smiling. “You haven’t introduced her yet. Is she… a relative of a friend, perhaps?” Josef arched a brow and delivered a brisk round of introductions. When he reached Violet: “This is Violet. Edward’s new apprentice. Clear?” Violet? Claire repeated the name silently. Familiar. Uncomfortably familiar. But afraid she was imagining things, she slipped a hand into her pocket and drew out her phone—about to message her assistant to run a search—

The Eclipse Secret Child

The Eclipse Secret Child

within me reacting to the psychological assault, the marble veins on my arms began to turn a sickly, bruised grey. He’s right, a part of me whispered, I’ve just traded one Alpha’s palace for another Alpha’s mountain. But then, I felt it, a tiny, icy-cold kick. It wasn't a demand, it was a heartbeat. "I am not a vessel," I whispered, the black silk-shadows beginning to swirl around my ankles, "I am the Eclipse."

Destiny's Eclipse

Destiny's Eclipse

I looked up at the sky and I growled, unleashing all my anger. ____________ Emma I sneaked out of the mansion, holding the baby near my chest. I had to get to the barn as quickly and quietly as possible. It was near, but with rogues roaming around, it seemed so far. Luna Celeste would always go to the barn during her spare time. She had made a small garden there where she grew many important plants she needed for her elixirs and potions. When she would come back, she would have a basket with her, filled with petals, leaves, even roots. Luna Celeste would then go to her conjuring room, spending hours, concocting a specific elixir. Alpha Blake would sometimes sleep there, not wanting to sleep

“The only one who can identify them is a seer. As their birthmark becomes visible after their twentieth moon.” “Can your apprentice identify them?” The seer eyes briefly widened in panic, “It is a wild goose chase, Alpha. There are millions of packs all over the world, finding a person touched by the sun is nigh impossible. The princess might be dead long before that.” “If I may, alpha. I heard that one touched by the sun is born only on the 60th day of the leap year, surely that narrows the numbers.” The seers apprentice, Amal spoke.

Eclipse of Twin Flames

Eclipse of Twin Flames

I couldn’t ignore the uneasy feeling that settled in my gut. Before I could respond, Adrian’s eyes flicked to mine. For a brief moment, I thought his eyes gleamed with regret. Conflict. But just as quickly, his expression hardened, and he turned back to the others. Adrian’s POV After Stefan was banished from the Pack, Chloe approached me, asking if she could apply for the position of my assistant. I didn’t need one, and I made that clear. But she insisted. She told me she just wanted to earn some extra money to help her family. That was her excuse. But when I was not convinced, she dropped something far more intriguing.

Enjoying the book tremendously, the characters names and even the tone of the author changed in the last 1/3 of the book was a bit confusing but was able to adjust to the changes the plot is definitely engaging and keeps you pushing to see how it all plays out for Zepher but it seem to abruptly?

Getting my ex-wife back

Getting my ex-wife back

"No, you've misunderstood me. An idea popped up in my mind, so I tried it. That's it. All the things I designed need to be carefully produced, just like Lanox, which was created with your advice." Raeleigh immediately explained. Lamarre thought for a moment and said, "Don't be nervous. I'm not criticizing you. Sit down. Since I'm your teacher, I'll teach you everything I know. One day, I'll ask Jepherson to prepare an apprentice ceremony for you." "An apprentice ceremony?" Raeleigh's eyes widened. Was there such a thing then? "Well, I want to hire some reporters and professionals. I want the whole world to know that I, Lamarre Lee, have accepted an apprentice."

Even if i still read it, this book stopped being interesting after Grand pure emperor was killed...(that is ch. 2200 maybe) It is like realms are only introduced after he reaches a peak of the previous. There is nothing special about these realms and there is nothing special about the book anymore.
