Merlin Academy Novels & Stories

It was built as a place where supernatural bloodlines could train, develop their abilities, and exist without the complications of hiding from the human world. Students come from all over, some enrolled young, some brought in later when their abilities manifest in ways. They live here, train here, eat here, and for the duration of their enrollment this is their entire world. There is no going home for the weekend. There are no visits unless the academy approves them. The students are the part that really gets me. We pass a group of them in a wide courtyard. I slow down without meaning to because they are moving together in a coordinated way. Miss Odera tells me they are wolf students and kee

"Ms. Blackthorne, this is Agent Torres with the Department of Supernatural Affairs. We need to speak with you regarding Arwen Blackthorne immediately. We'll be arriving tomorrow morning for a mandatory evaluation. Please ensure the subject remains available for questioning." The line goes dead. "Pack a bag," Margaret says, and her voice sounds hollow. "Only the things that matter. We're leaving in ten minutes." "Leaving? Where are we going?" "To a place that might be able to protect you from what's coming. It's called Blood Moon Academy, and whether you're ready for it or not, that's where you're going to learn who you really are."

Just like everything else since he’d walked into BludHeaven Academy. Classes dragged. Third period Supernatural Plants and Herbs had ended with Professor Thorne assigning a weekend project on bloodroot variants—something I barely registered because the bond with Elara still thrummed golden and warm in my chest, keeping me grounded even when the stares and whispers tried to cut deeper.

Upon hearing his name, Merlin, who thought that he could get information from the social circle of the academy about anything with regards of Maleficent, started to come and listen such gossips behind the bushes – but like every time, he kept on failing. ‘No one is talking about you, Maleficent. It is as if you seize to exist in the academy.’ Merlin looked up, staring into the cloudless sky beyond the greenhouse’s glass ceilings. The touch of the grass at his back and neck reminded him of reality from the past – a reality without a goal again should Maleficent leave this time for good.

* "So, this is the famous academy of the royal capital. The magic academy of Herxes" "I have to admit it. It is quite amazing" "Well, it´s the place where royalty and similars go to get some education, it was to be expected" Just as it was described in the original story. The academy had a pack of lands that divided the faculties into a set of different buildings and open spaces. When you looked at it from a god´s perspective, you could be able to appreciate the shape of the knight being blessed by the 4 elements from above as the land´s form.

Miss Milly led them down the main path toward the forest edge. Talia walked beside Derek, they were somewhere in the middle with Damon not too far off from them. Alina was at the front with Selene and her crew. Miss Milly's voice carried back to them as she taught. "The Academy was founded three hundred years ago by the Council of Alphas. They chose this location specifically because of the natural magical energy in the earth..." Some students listened, most just talked among themselves. Talia tried to focus on Miss Milly's words but she felt eyes on her.

The academy had always believed itself untouchable. Neutral ground. Sacred ground. A bridge between realms. Its towers pierced the sky in elegant spires of white stone and silver glass. Defensive wards shimmering faintly across its perimeter, ancient enchantments designed to repel invasions. They had always been prepared for riots, or so they thought. For rogue factions. For political pressure. They had not prepared for Aldric. The academy’s full title was known formally as the Academy of Concordance Between Realms a name so long it was rarely spoken outside treaties. It had an history of raising most promising Weres and lycans

“I’ve contacted someone at Academy to help figure out what’s wrong with your powers.” “Really?” My heart races with excitement. “Does that mean my powers will be unbound soon?” “Yes, with luck. Soon your wolf will be back,” she replies. “And Academy...” I remember Hera telling me that Sheila was Academy’s youngest Head Herbalist. “Can you tell me more about Academy?” “Academy is a research institution, like a werewolf university. The best werewolves from Europe and even the world gather there to study. They also conduct various research programs.”
