You ingested five to six doses and that could accelerate your death” he grinned.

I won’t apologize for enjoying it. Drake picks up a knife and begins sharpening it slowly, letting the sound build tension. Edward holds his breath, watching that blade like it might decide his fate all on its own. I walk over and take it from Drake’s hand, winking at him. “Drake, get me the hose. Vadim asked, placing his hands over the fire while the three vampires that tied Vincenzo stood beside the wooden beams. “I would die trying to deliver your head to Darius.” Vincenzo snarled, his voice filled with rage. Vadim snickered. Next to the fire was a wooden table with different weapons; axes, blades, daggers, and stakes. Vadim scoffed before he reached for an ax. He stepped toward him and struck the ax on Vincenzo's chest, breaking his ribs. He screamed and his voice echoed through the empty room while Vadim pulled the ax down to his stomach.

Edwin told his trusted people. Without waiting any longer, everyone who came with Brook and Edwin immediately carried out Edwin's orders. They slowly moved away from their boss. Brock suddenly stopped and I jogged up beside him. “What is it?” I asked and he turned to me briefly then pulled out his sword, I did the same. “Vincent boys” he said curtly and I raised my hands in frustration. “Who the hell is Vincent?” I asked and Brock tensed, he pushed me behind me and thrust out his sword in front of him, then so fast that my eye couldn’t track it he whipped his sword in an upward arc, I almost screamed as a head flew off a body. Brock face was stoic as if he didn’t just cut someone’s head from the body, he turned in time to block another sword thrust and countered with a stab.
