Eighteen Years Ago Inside a grand mansion surrounded by silence and secrets, eight-year-old Liliana spent the afternoon in a place that felt almost too peaceful for the life she unknowingly lived. The sun filtered gently through the trees as she sat on the soft grass near the riverbank. Beside her was Asher, ten years old, quieter than usual, his eyes holding something far deeper than what a child should carry.
