she gagged, making Kaide laugh as they walked back to the creek. Elise took off her clothes till she was left with a black satin two-piece, grateful that her shorts were long enough to reach her thighs. She dipped herself in the water, washing off the mud, as Kaide did the same by the edge. Elise walked out of the water only to be stopped by Kaide's voice as he cursed, "Fuck, I think I lost my ring." He called, and Elise recalled a ring that was identical to the ones that Rygen and Taz wore on their left index fingers—a ring of their sword loyalty to each other and their pack as wolf brothers.

Something sinister was lurking in the shadows and I was right because at that moment, Blake walked out and the air thickened with a pungent scent of impending doom. “I did say I’ll see you again” His lips curled into a smirk as he brought his eyes to rest upon me. “Nulli nocitura, et amor constans!” Elyndra yelled and there was a piercing sound that immediately rang through the air as an attack on Blake. But because we were both Werewolves, it was also an attack on me. My hands clamped over them as I felt blood drip along the sides of my neck.

Was all she could get out before he gently touched her cheek making her go silent. “It is not tradition for werewolves to exchange rings, the mate bond and mark is more powerful and meaningful to most. However you, my most precious luna, were raised as a human. I wanted to give you something that would show both the human and supernatural world that we belong to each other in every way. I had this ring made special for you. It’s platinum so it won’t burn you when you fully gain your wolf .” He took the ring from the box and slowly slid it on Alys’s ring finger. It fit perfectly. It was stunning, the center stone was a round cut diamond surrounded by delicate filigree work, on either side of

Beneath it were short notes on each necklace. The physician pointed at the blue one, “This necklace conceals scent.” Then his finger moved toward the emerald pendant.“This one gives scent.” Lucian’s gaze sharpened slightly but he didn't say a word. The physician continued. “Most emerald necklaces were used among werewolf packs.” He adjusted his glasses. “There were rare situations of scentless wolves.” Lucian stayed silent. The first day he saw Raine inside the throne room, he knew she was different. But then she carried a faint Apple scent, that he felt his judgment was wrong for a moment.

Torches hissed in their sconces, their flames bending inward as if bowing to the power gathering in the center of the room. At the altar, Elara was still bound in silver chains that bit into her wrists and ankles, each of the link was engraved with runes and meant to suppress her wolf. I stood before her, my chest rising with exhilaration I could barely contain. Finally....finally, justice, closure... power would soon be mine. Her lunar energy shimmered at the edges of her body like faint silver smoke, ready to be harvested. I watched the priestess circled her slowly, murmuring in the old tongue, the words vibrating through the stone floor.

“The Silver Lantern Celebration is next week. Have you figured out who you’ll be portraying?” The Silver Lantern Celebration stood as the most cherished and grand event in werewolf tradition. It honoured the divine night spirit said to have blessed their kind with strength and balance. During this festival, the she-wolves portrayed sacred figures, the night deity herself, her handmaidens, and the celestial warriors who served under her. The he-wolves, on the other hand, took up roles as loyal sentinels, attendants, and devoted followers, reenacting the legends passed down through their ancestors.

He looked like he’d been struck by lightning. "What... did you just say?" "Elara Moonridge. Heir to the Silver Moon pack, and High Leader of the wolf coalition." --- When Kaelen’s plane took off, I was at my hotel, signing for a special delivery. I opened it. It was the silver dagger, the one used in all seven rejection rituals. A note from Brenna was clipped to it: He said finding this would make you come back. I didn't even smile. I pressed the call button for the attendant. When he arrived, I said, "Please have this melted down."

Her strength split the frozen soil, creating a blue-glowing crack that stretched all the way to the bonfire stand, sending pine logs clattering noisily. "You better scold her to death. Otherwise, I'll be back to finish the job." She stormed off. When the curious werewolf warriors had mostly dispersed, leaving only a few stragglers in the distance, Ulrik approached Velda. The frost-wolf insignia on his pauldron glimmered coldly in the bonfire's glow as he fixed his gaze on me. "So, Ellen's challenge was a setup, just as Velda said. You staged it for us, didn't you?"

Lance clenched his fists, “Yes, I found out about it myself. And I have been keeping an eye on Aurora. She has done nothing harmful to the werewolves! I can voucher for her!” Alpha Lance was very well-respected among the people. People hesitated when they heard him saying that he would voucher for Aurora. “…Unless you are working with her for the Lycans,” said Ellington cunningly. Lance jerked around and glared at her, “What the fuck are you saying, stupid woman? Standing in front of you is the Alpha of Ever Moon Pack! I will not tolerate your smearing!” Ellington winced under his sharp gaze. She quickly turned her head and looked at a certain person among the crowd—her father, a lord from t

She absolutely deserves to be our wife, the Luna of the Blood Moon Pack. my wolf agreed. I nodded, filled with pride. Then, I noticed a reflection of light on Ella's neck. Curiously, I moved her hair aside to reveal a moonstone necklace. My expression froze instantly. What is this? Eric asked. My fingers grasped the necklace, its diamonds sparkling, indicating the giver's nobility. Moreover, in the werewolf world, a moon-shaped object symbolized purity and loyalty, a courting token from a male wolf. But now it was worn by our mate, signaling a challenge. My jealousy ignited instantly.
