Blood on the Asphalt biker
"Let her see that the Ghost isn't afraid of the Queen’s court."
I rolled the Norton out to the staging area. The atmosphere was electric, filled with the smell of fake blood, pyrotechnics, and real fear. Then, the crowd parted. Elena emerged from a private trailer, dressed in her signature all-white leathers. She didn't look at the crew. She didn't look at the cameras. She walked straight to the lead prototype and kicked it to life, the high-pitched whistle of the turbine screaming through the soundstage.
She turned her mirrored visor toward me. She didn't say a word, but I felt the weight of her gaze a cold, predatory challenge.
