Clary stood to her feet and asked tentatively, “Why do you want to talk with me?” Her tone was respectful. Mr. Clark stared at her for a few seconds and then chuckled to himself. “Everywhere you go, chaos follows.” “Excuse me?” Clary asked. “I know your father personally, the formal preacher. Gosh, he was a really good man. He had a good family and everything was going well for him until you ruined it all by coming into his life.”

If not for the fact, I am trying to calm myself, I doubt I wouldn't cry in fear of him. “Only because you were promoted earlier than expected, it doesn't mean that you're incapable of the job.” Mr. Clark said in a stabbing tone. “Mr. Riego, Schuyler Savannah is my secretary, not just someone I hired and unfitting of the job you're requesting her to fulfill.” Mr. Clark stood up and I was left staring at him with total shock in my eyes. “If you were looking for a secretary, you should've brought your own instead of insulting mine.” Mr. Clark clenched his jaw while looking at Ezekiel.

“ I will accept, but first, I have a request” “ Go ahead and speak”. “ I want to see my mother before the wedding”. She demanded and just then, the residence cell phone rang. A white male with an impressive height and domineering aura strides through the hallway of the large and famous Clint Empire with a large number of bodyguards strolling behind him. He wore an expensive designer suit that hung around his body perfectly, his shiny jet-black hair was styled Jerry's role and the air around him was warm but intimidating. His secretary Ms. Sophia Wells, a white female in her early thirties walked next to him while reading out his schedule for the day from her iPad.

"Yes. Allow me to introduce myself; I am C12. I am freed from formal duties at this Mansion and ready to execute orders!" Leon clenched his jaw. How could the central command team send such an incompetent man? "Why you?" Leon seemed very reluctant. He stared sharply at his aide, who seemed to let this mistake happen. "I want another asset!" he ordered, turning away his face because he didn't want to look at Clark any longer. "You'll waste time, Sir," Clark retorted, feeling he didn't get a proper response. Of course, Clark's main goal wasn't to provoke a fight but... to find his missing former lover!

Clark cut me off quickly and I grinned triumphantly. He drove his simple Nissan car and I showed him the direction regardless of the presence of GPS navigation system. Clark was quite humble and down to earth for someone with immense amount of wealth. I had never seen him boast about his huge property or flash his billionaire status. He had his moments of being cocky and arrogant like all the other guys. But he was a good, genuine man who barely cared about materialistic possessions. I think that quality he imbibed as a child since he was an orphan with no money. He was a genius who worked his way up, humble, super handsome, super sexy, super rich, he could cook like a chef . . .

She only waved her hand, reluctant to shake his hand. Amy observed Clark from head to toe. Clark's curly hair was reddish-brown. He wore small, round-shaped glasses that looked smaller than his large, round face. His skin was pinkish-white and sweaty. He was chubby and tall, and his posture was almost always slouched, as if Clark was too aware of his size. "What extracurricular activities do you do?" Amy asked. "I'm on the Lab Rat team," Clark said excitedly. "We're going to compete in a science competition next month."

I want you to bring your troops and Aliyah back to my secret training camp." I say. "No way, Sir! Black is our top secret place. She's a human, and she can't go there." Clark reacted vehemently. I had already predicted Clark's reaction, so it wasn't surprising.
